do what i do and get girls drunk and manipulate them [editline]5th February 2012[/editline] not a rapist
then quit being a pussy and man up then just talk to chicks is it really so hard
Not easy for a guy with a 2 foot long nose with a huge arch. It's easy for me to talk to them, it's just. I get uncomfortable when i see their eyes shifting towards my huge nose.
plastic surgery
plastic surgery
I'm gonna do it. But after highschool so people don't freak shit when i come back with a regular nose. I'm already saving for it. Reason it's so big is cuz i broke it so many times when i was little and it healed wrong. I was a cute kid :( then i got punched in the face multiple times. Oya heres a shitty story. I wear alot of hoodies, mostly to cover the size of my nose, so my gal friend calls me over for something that her gal friend to ask me with a sing song voice. So i go there, and she looks at me and makes this awful face and asks me if i have anything i can give her to eat instead. man... :(
Ok guys, tell me if you can hang by one hand for over 10 seconds like this:
I tried that and staid for around 20 seconds. Can any of you do the "widowmaker"? That's 20 reps of squats with 1.5x BW. I did 12 reps last time after 3 sets of 5's and I'm gonna go for 15 next time. I quit a little early cause I was losing my focus on technique and leaned forward a lot. Btw I was accepted to the second phase of entrance examination to Finnish defense forces flight reserve officer school. So I'm going to the physical and mental tests next Thursday. The first physical tests are easy, you just got to jump at least 2.4 meters forward, do 14 pull ups, 48 abs + 38 push ups + 60 back extensions (in a minute) and get at least 3.5w/kg on an ergometer to get full points. I'm afraid though that my vision isn't good enough.
You still can apply for ground forces. Also, those tests are bullshit.
But they aren't looking for the best possible physical fitness. Other skills are much more important for a pilot. More strength based activities could trim the applicants too much. To get past the first phase you got to have a grade average of around 8 (in 4-10 scale) in high school/upper secondary school and you got to have an average of around 7 to get in the high school. No allergies, no eyeglasses, no hereditary diseases in close family, no criminal record, no medication of any kind. You also can't be over 90kg and not over 190 cm nor under 165cm tall. Those alone will cut the amount of applicants a lot. Military service is obligatory in Finland, so I'm going to ground forces in next January if I don't get in now. I'm also going to apply to be a combat diver, which is more fitness based.
Why do you care so much about "best possible fitness" ?
Huh? What do you mean by that

You said the tests are bullshit. So I said that the tests aren't hard because if they'd require more strength and endurance, they could run out of valid applicants. The third phase is a two day mental test, where they test your abilities to learn new stuff, focus and react. Fourth phase other is more physical stuff. for an example ability to cope high g-forces and low pressure.

Apparently the raw power lifting records are miserably low in finland in younger classes. The Fin raw standard record for M20 66kg is 430kg total. Raw standard = nobody hasn't done it yet. In M20 74kg it is 490 kg. My total is 400 now (if they accept sumo deadlifts) and weight 70 kilos in the evening and I got lots of fat and creatine-swelling left. I'll try and see how far I can go without gaining much mass !
Yup.
Anyone else here absolutely hate working arms? fuck them curls man
it's the legs that suck the most. i hate working my legs
I don't like working shoulders, but I love chest and triceps. I really love DB pec flyes, but I'm going back to basics for a little with a SL/SS type of program for strength, so I don't really bother with them.
Most effective way to train triceps with dumbbells?
Most effective way to train triceps with dumbbells?
if your elbows are ok with the punishment, you got a shitload of exercises. if not, you can do kickbacks and neutral grip decline bench skull crushers
