I usually go for 7-10 minutes on a treadmill or the stationary cycles then weight lift for the rest of the block.
So my protein is about to run out and I'm seeing the site Truenutrition. The price is much cheaper than other name brands. Is buying the Whey$aver just about the same as buying a 5lb tub from Optimum Nutrition in terms of ingredients? I've checked and the protein concentration is lower, but the $ per gram is better.

My Casein arrived, unflavoured, 2.5kg from maxiraw, as well as some unflavoured BCAAs. Bought some Nesquick to flavour the casein and haven't found a flavour for the BCAAs yet. Hench erryday.
