It depends, how bad is it, are you like a charger from Left 4 Dead?
It depends, how bad is it, are you like a charger from Left 4 Dead?
not really. Unless i was flexing and comparing, nobody would see it. I see it though. And it looks horrible.
i already made a decent sized post about this go thru my posts and read it!!!!
Okay going to the gym tomorrow. It will be my third try and consistently going. I am NOT going to quit. Hard as fuck to gain weight though, anyone have an opinion on the high calorie mass gainers, simply to add on to existing calorie intake of proper nutrition? Currently 140lbs Height 5'11" No idea on BMI, probably ridiculously low. I only ask because there are a few of you who really know your shit. And for the record I am going to be doing SL 5x5
"not going to quit " lol ok. weight gainers are dumb just eat normal food unless youre to much of a little baby and its cheaper than normal food

I have been building a habit of eating more food and stretching meals out into smaller increments during the day, however I still feel as though it's not enough. My weight hasn't shifted within 5 pounds. So I figure if I can ingest an extra 1,500-1700 calories off of weight supplements that should help out to an extent. I have always been a very skinny person. In fact I'm the smallest individual I know. as a weight gainer? milk and pb are calorie dense as hell and great whey combined with it just helps with growth even more. uh just log everything you eat and make sure its all good , and eat alot of veggies and a decent ammount of fruit and take a multi and eat fatty fish ( like salmon) or take fish oil everyday [like 1.8g - 3g epa/dha is decent) milk is overall great for bulking [editline]9th February 2012[/editline]
I was 106 pounds and 5'7" last year. Okay so just got back from the first gym workout, I have ran into an issue. I have scoliosis and this is making doing squats extremely difficult. As in, massive pain and pressure on the lower back. So I think I am going to take a trip to the chiropractor to see if I can't find a solution. Of course my max on pretty much everything is ridiculously low. But I didn't expect to go in and lift too much. Mostly focused on bench as it was the main core free weight lift I could do. Only could get up 80lbs. Can't help but feel a little overwhelmed and slightly discouraged by this whole back issue and minimal starting point, but I just got to keep going.
I can do a pushup.
I can do a pushup.
Shouldn't do them, you push the planet enough times and it'll fly out of orbit.
I can do a cock push up.
it doesnt count if you cant get a cm off the floor whilst doing one so sorry brah- but you cant
