I think you would measure it in relation to your other muscles, rather than by height and weight.
Height is 68 inches
And what do you mean heroms? as in how proportionate it makes your body look?

Congrats.
Novice: Less than 2 years consistent training :1.0-1.5% (1-5-2.0 lb. per month)

*Women can expect to achieve the lower end of these ranges at best.
This is the picture, too lazy to upload.

"One final comment on training before I wrap this up: an insidious (and stupid) idea that is out there (especially in the realm of bodybuilding) is that trainees should focus on irrelevant things: the feel, the squeeze, the pump. This is crap and guys who do this, unless they are on drugs, simply don’t grow. Muscle grows as a function of progressive tension overload, if you’re not adding weight to the bar over time, you’re not growing. This doesn’t mean that you have to add weight at every workout, but if you’re not gradually going heavier over time, you won’t be growing either."
Due to how soft the lights are at home, I noticed first today at the gyms locker room that I have what is considered a sixpack.
Is it worth doing both flat bench press (straight bar) and incline dumbbell bench press? I'm currently doing those two along with dumbbell flys for my chest workout...
Also, when recording how much weight you do with dumbbells, do you count their weight together or just one?
Deadlifted for the first time over 7 months and hit 245 for a set of 6 or 7
anyone else here like to deadlift and squat barefoot? it feels amazing to me

I p. much have to do it when i train deadlift with my trainer, makes you much more stabilized.
so far i've lost about 10 pounds of fat since late february. on the road to getting shredded brah
I dl and squat wearing socks. I don't like doing it in shoes, for some reason.
messed around in the weightroom for no reason a few weeks ago.
got a 280 clean and jerk. felt good considering i haven't lifted in forever. 10-13 more weeks to go
Im trying to create a basic diet for once I get back to uni, some thing good and healthy but also cheap.
Anyone able to give me some tips on this?

I added all the nutritional info tescos has on each of the products, this would be a 2 week shop.
the tuna and 2 bread loafs should give me 2 weeks of sandwiches (2 slices of bread a day)
skimmed milk for tea/w.e.
carrots, peppers, onions & mince to make a nice mince sauce, enough to last 7-10 days
chicken breasts & vegetables to make a stir fry, im thinking 250g of chicken, 187g of veg, should mean enought for 8 days.
I was thinking: 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, tuna sandwich & bananas for lunch, chicken stir fry or mince for dinner(ths could be with pasta or rice or something of course)
I have one question, is being hairy hobble muscle developing ? Do I have to cut all of my bristle ?
what?
I'm a little bit hairy guy. I heard that the hairs ( I'm not mean hair on the head I mean body hair lol ) block muscle growing so do i have to go to epilation ?
no it doesn't
