I'm a little bit hairy guy. I heard that the hairs ( I'm not mean hair on the head I mean body hair lol ) block muscle growing so do i have to go to epilation ?
This is without a doubt the weirdest thing I've ever heard in relation to building muscle.
dat feel when the roll of shame is near impossible on a decline

LMFAO
PLEEAAAAAASEEEE LMAOOO
all these diamonds rings they dont meannn a thing
and my back hurtsss so bad. I didn't even do anything.
I have the weakest fucking shoulders. I can only military press 115 lb. about 6 times :(
So I've been stuck in one of these for several weeks:

I was doing SS practical programming, but my injury eliminated squats, deadlifts, and pretty much anything heavy done standing up. I'm at a point where I can start easing back into these exercises, but as you can imagine I've lost a bit of leg mass. I was already slightly unbalanced with more upper body strength than lower which has now been made worse. I'm keen to focus on lower body until it catches up. Would it be worth adding (or replacing an upper body exercise every other session) exercises like leg curls, leg press and calf raises? Or will squats and deadlifts see me through fine?
If that thing was worn on only one leg, and that leg had become much smaller I would suggest maintaining leg size on the healthy leg (half the amount of sets would be done) and amplifying the amount of sets (by half, obviously) on the weak leg. The use of machine is fine and even necessary in order to restore strength and hypertrophy.
Don't go overboard, keep the scheme the same. You don't want to fuck up recovery and also overstress your leg right after injury
Is it okay if I drank a beer every other day or so?

Uncut heroin is not that hard to make, and physical dependence doesnt start off the first time, so it would just be the mental aspect.

So wanna get back into the gym. Go twice a week but I want to do runs and stuff to get some body fat off me. tips?
[editline]12th August 2012[/editline]
The fuck. Can you guys help me? I have two sets of scales. On one of them in a certain room i'm 131lbs. Put that scale in my kitchen I'm 139lbs.
So on my other set in the certain room i'm 131lbs.
Kitchen; 139lbs. Which one do I trust?
Yeah I'm assuming it is. I dont think i'm 138lbs mind, plus its 3v1. I think I'll stick with the first one. Anyway what can I do tomorrow to burn some body fat? Runs?
Is gallon of skim milk a day healthy? i found out i can drink my calories really easily but i've seen what whole milk can do to people's fat %.
So is skim milk healthy?

I drink a lot of milk each day(been drinking since I was a kid), and I haven't gained that much fat. Are you perhaps thinking of GOMAD where you drink 4 gallons of whole milk each day? Sounds really nasty.
finally hit a couple new 1RM's today
205 for squat, 315 for deadlift
I think I can do better though because I tried after I was through with my workout. can't wait to try again

And yes, 4 gallons of milk is absurd. I would shit milk.
lol idiot, gomad is G(allon)O(f)M(ilk)AD(ay)

Fuck off!
I meant liters. 1 gallon = 4 liters
oh, you meant "Are you perhaps thinking of GOMAD where you drink 4 litres of whole milk each day" instead of "Are you perhaps thinking of GOMAD where you drink 4 gallons of whole milk each day"
what else could he have meant?
no my question is that is skim milk healthy?
lol, i'm fat
Can I get some feedback on my current routine? I've been doing this for about 2 months and it has been working well for me so far. Some of it is taken from things I saw in this thread.
I do 3 sets for each exercise, aiming for 8 reps per set. (Should I alter this?)
I've considered switching to Stronglifts at some point in the future, but I'm not sure when it would be best.
Monday - Chest/Biceps
Barbell Bench Press (Flat)
DB Hammer Curls
DB Fly
Preacher Curls (Curling Bar)
Incline DB Bench Press
Standing Curls (Curling Bar)
Tuesday - Shoulders and Triceps
DB Lateral Raise
Skullcrushers
Barbell Shrugs
Close Grip Bench Press
DB Shoulder Press
Cable Pushdown
Wednesday - Cardio/rest day
Thursday - Legs (This day feels sort of "empty" and I'd like to add more to it)
Barbell Squat
Calf Raises
Seated Leg Extensions
Friday - Back
Deadlift
Lat Pulldown
Barbell Rows
no my question is that is skim milk healthy?
If your stomach is fine with all that dairy, then go for it.

I'd suggest adding these:
Monday - Decline DB
Cable Crossovers
DB Negatives (have the weight just too heavy for you to lift with one arm and let it down over 3 seconds)
Tuesday - Tricep Kickbacks
Military press
front raise
there's someother really good exercise for delts using cables it's some weird baseball thing can't remember the name go look it up
wednesday - rest day mid week what are you a pussy
thursday - i'd move legs to friday personally since if i have shit to do on friday and i do legs thursday then i'm fucked and can't walk. otherwise,
do a 10 - 8 - 6 - 6 - 10 pyramid
leg extensions, and then superset with leg curls and then rest. i do 4 sets of 8-10
weighted lunges for burnout 2 sets
seated calf raise
calf press on leg press machine
standing calf raise machine / standing calf raise until fail
friday -
seated row, barbell row, chinups wide and then chinups close grip.
none of those are in any order just do whatever the fuck you want but that's some things i'd add on to that
