Guys i saw Mark Rippetoe in person yesterday. He came in to watch a movie (i work at the mall theater). I froze up for a brief second when i saw him, i forgot he lives here.
did u ask rippltits how to unlock a god tier physique? hes holding out on us with his SS crape.
I heard that if you grow hair on your stomach that means you have low testosterone. Is that true? Im 16 and i can already grow chest hair, stomach hair, hair everyfucking where.
I'd imagine testosterone aids hair growth rather than hinders it, and Google seems to imply the same.

Guys my muscles grow immediately after working out (lifting weights [dumbbells and push ups cause I'm too poor to go to a gym right now]) is this bad?
It's normal. Also, it's temporary. I'm not completely sure, but i think it's blood pumping into your muscles.
Managed to push my 1rm DL to 125kg today.
Nice, why 1 arm DL's?

I started lifting daily again after a summer hiatus. It seems to give me so much more energy, feels good.
alright then. Thanks. Also. what's a good multivitamin for a 16 year old?
Flintstones vitamins. [editline]27th August 2012[/editline]
I started lifting daily again after a summer hiatus. It seems to give me so much more energy, feels good.
I've been surviving through a month and a half long hiatus due to surgery and the weight room at my school shutting down until school starts up again, and let me tell you, when I don't lift and I just do jack shit all day, I get brain fog, get out of breath easily, and I can't sleep well. Lifting really gives me a ton of energy. I've been going to the track and doing sprints though, seems to have a similar effect.
If I'm taking a protein shake before my workout, how long before the workout should I have the shake?
enough time to not upset your stomach
are dumbbell side bends good for obliques? I mean, yeah they're an exercise for obliques, but is there any more efficient exercise?
today I learned that mixing coffee and protein powder isn't the greatest idea
are dumbbell side bends good for obliques? I mean, yeah they're an exercise for obliques, but is there any more efficient exercise?
No. Personally, I love to do side bends with a weight that makes it hard for me to stand straight...
