I am Kai Greene.
Is a table spoon of cough syrup or some cough lozenges gonna break my fast?
I think the threshold for breaking the fasted state is something like 50 calories. So you should be fine, after all, Berkhan recommends 10g of BCAAs during/before fasted training.
There's no threshold. It's not an off or on switch. At the end of the day it is the calories that dictate the net fat mobilization and oxidation. If I eat 5000grams of carbs I won't lose shit even if I was fasted for 2 days. Also, his recommendation is unbased.
for how long do you have to fast for it to have any effect?
A few hours after a meal the body starts mobilizing fat and increase it's oxidation. The effectiveness of the fast is directly dependent upon calories in versus out.
Kai Greene 2012 kunts
yeah, nah not going to happen They are never going to crown a dude whose infamous for fucking a grapefruit. Especially not now when the sport is at it's most legitimate it's been in ages, whoever wins Olympia is reportedly getting $900,000.

He really need to fix his pre-contest protocols, he always ends up looking rubbery, not dry and dense as fuark like everyone else.
FUCK ME 900,000 DOLLARS OH SHIT LICK MY EYEBALLS AND SMEAR ME iN MARINADE
It's still a joke. $900,000 is really chicken scratch for athletes at this level. Almost any other sport has athletes at the top level making many times more, Floyd Mayweather earned $60 million off one fight or something reportedly. The prize money is nice, but these guys live off of advertising and promotional deals. And the ironic thing is it costs them an arm and a leg just to get to the IFBB level, growth hormone is terribly expensive to run at the dosages needed to compete. It's no wonder so many bbers fuck a dude in the ass or two during the early years to make a quick dime.
How much are we talking about, exactly? (money for growth hormone)
I'm at my schools lifting gym for the first time in like 5 months, so out of it. Been eating way too little and been doing way too much cardio every day of the week. Bye gains. [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] There's too many people here... My legs hurt... I don't even lift... I wish I was home playing video games...
the last days of week three of P90X now. I have incorporated the suggestions my physiotherapist gave to strengthen my amazingly weak lower back and lower abs/hip flexor, and to make me bend more at hip, rather than back. I must say I'm about to die when doing the movements with the additional stuff, here's to hoping this'll work out well.
How much are we talking about, exactly? (money for growth hormone)
I can't find an exact figure, but legitimate HGH treatment from a US pharmacy is apparently $1000-3000 per month - and that's just at therapy dosages. Bodybuilders are probably using the much cheaper chinese generics I imagine though: "Jared takes hGH year round, cycling the dosage and frequency depending on his goals and his budget. "It's not cheap, at least for the real stuff. Five hundred to $1000 bucks per 100 IU kit is the norm," he says. "I usually take 12-15 IUs a couple days a week in the off season, and 4-6 IUs a day pre-contest." And that's the low end of GH use in pros, some of them apparently use 20ius a day.

FUCK KAI GREENE SHOULD HAVE WON
nah he fucked a fruit if he won the sport would be more of a laughingstock than it already is
Bodybuilders are probably using the much cheaper chinese generics I imagine though:
No serious bodybuilder uses generics, they're all on pharma grade HGH. However, they don't get it from legit scripts or anything, it's still bought through outside sources (often based from china) but it is pharma grade gear. From the sources I've seen that price range seems about right. I've seen Serostim go for 750 bucks for a 100IU kit. Most pros use over 20IU a day, though you absolutely HAVE to use insulin with it as well. Without insulin any more than 4-6IU a day is a waste, it can't all by used by the body. Insulin lets you use every ounce of what you're putting in.
what happened to perfumly [editline]1st October 2012[/editline] did he die from creatine abuse

Jaeger you should make a thread on nutrition like carbs, protein, fat ect. My knowledge in that area is pretty low.
or you can do your own research
I could but Jaegar seems to know his stuff pretty well. It was only a suggestion. If he decides not to then I'll do my own research.
It's easy as fuark to find roids online but where do I buy generic xanax and valiums
Jaeger you should make a thread on nutrition like carbs, protein, fat ect. My knowledge in that area is pretty low.
I would but it's such a fucking mess because everyone and his dog has different beliefs when it comes to nutrition, it's seriously like religion. And to be honest, I'm of the opinion that 90% of nutrition talk isn't worth shit because it really doesn't matter in the end. Almost invariably nutrition boils down to matters of eating more or eating less. Aside from shit like vitamins and other such beneficial substances of course. www.bodyrecomposition.com - would be my recommendation, to be honest I don't think there's a single person writing on the internet today that's more educated and less biased in that field than Lyle Mcdonald, the dude is something of a genius, if a little bit of an asshole at times. Read through his articles there, he explains shit in greater depth and knowledge than I could ever do.
Cheers for that! I'll definitely have a read of it.
Soo what do you think of avoiding processed milk products? Are there actual scientific facts behind it or is just another bullshit hippie thing like the aspartame scandal. What about gluten? As far as I've understood it's only bad if you happen to be sensitive to it which is unlikely.
