Implying my dick is not already up in you from the sheer atom bending cosmic force of homosexuality i produce
What multivitamins would any of you that take them recommend? I looked at optimum nutrition opti-men, it sounds pretty good, judging from the reviews.
pointless. a good diet doesn't require "extra vitamins" it's bull
besides omega 3 and creatine I see no reason to buy that shit
wet dream i had the other night: i wake up in a empty room with nothing but protein buckets everywhere. I open one up, and take a wiff. mmmm i say ever so lightly. A 10/10 girl walks in the room. i look up at her, she’s naked. I stand up. Get real close to her and whisper in her ear: “Do you have 3.25% homogenized milk? I’m on a forever bulk..”. she returns with a bottle of milk. and i shake that shaker ever so gently to replenish my protein and glycogen storages in my system to enhance the muscle repair mechanism inside my body. “Go away, leave me to my love (the protein shake)"

Hm, yeah I should look into it more, it's not like it's some overpriced stuff claiming a load of bullshit with no facts to back it up, some vitamins I can't get the daily requirement for, such as the B's
If you can't get the daily requirements it means you're not eating enough, and not eating enough even with the best multi vitamin in the world, you're simply.... not eating enough
I see multivitamins as a supplement not a complete replacement for poor eating

I wasn't talking about not eating good foods, I do, but just to push a few vitamins that I'm lacking into acceptable levels, it's not a major amount of vitamins and minerals, but it would eventually cost me more to buy foods such as bananas for b vitamins, walnuts, blueberries, blackberries for L-lysine.
Foods getting a lot more expensive, prices are insanely high.
Daily requirements, to what are you comparing? If it's from bodybuilding.com's site, you can relax....
You get B's everywhere, especially in meat, hence my emphasis on a poor diet.
Alright so today I noticed something a bit alarming about the protein mix that I drink, and that is the amount of cholesterol in it. The brand of protein is Syntha-6. I'm glad I got a big discount on it because the brand is fucking expensive....I'm probably gonna have to find a different brand of protein ONCE AGAIN.
I got a deal on 2 containers, but I had to pick up the second one later. The second one is apparently a "new formula" or some shit because it's label is slightly different. But anyways, everything in the nutrition info is the same except for the cholesterol (ok and the dietary fiber went up by just 2grams). The Cholesterol jumped from 55mg to 70mg for no apparent fucking reason. Thing is, that is for one serving/one scoop, and I like to do 2 scoops for my drinks, and have 2 drinks (one after the workout, which is usually in the morning or early afternoon, and the other a little before I go to bed). So I'm kinda pumping cholesterol in to my body :(
I just opened up the second container though, but still, I think I'm going to go with just one drink a day now (well every other day since I don't drink them on cardio days).
I know you guys pretty much only recommend creatine, which I haven't gotten around to trying yet, but I like protein drinks since they have such a big amount of protein, and that they leave you pretty full.
Also, on the topic of multivitamins, I take them as a supplement. I don't eat extremely well, but I've been improving (eating more bananas and apples for fruits, and peppers, lettuce, and other stuff for veggies. Also, watching sodium, sugar, and cholesterol intake), and so I don't look at multivitamins as replacements for anything, but just as "boosters".
But I can see where you guys come from when you say they are bullshit. I personally haven't seen any incredibly drastic changes in my performance from taking them. I think they do something, but all I can say for certain is that they change the color of my piss to like a weird shade yellow, which is the same color of the vitamins. I think I'll finish off the remaining ones I have, then go without them for a few months to see if it makes any difference.
Disregard cholesterol, it should mean nothing to you. There's so much information and confusion on the subject I won't even start describing it to you. Bottom line: disregard it, keep eating.

I still try my best to keep my cholesterol intake anywhere from 200 to 300mg a day, I think that's about average for healthy people.
It's too complex to just throw a number around. It's the things that keeps your body alive.
Disregard cholesterol, avoid transfats as much as possible (i.e canola shit oil and any sort of imaginary "vegetable oil") and you're good to go.
I'm 168 pounds, 5'11, calorie intake of 1.2-1.5k a day

Was just giving an example, I usually meet my requirements, but some days I might wake up really late, or im busy, basically anything that hinders me eating a balanced meal that day. Sorry I should've made myself more clear.
why are you trying to lose weight? you are already skinny you fucker
I'm not that skinny I got half a handful tits, My BMI (P. sure bmi is bullshit though) is 23.4 which is apparently normal, and 24.9 is the start of overweight. I'm aiming for 130lbs.
YOU ARE NEARLY 6 FOOT AND YOU WANT TO DROP TO 130 LB?
WHY
YOU ARE NEARLY 6 FOOT AND YOU WANT TO DROP TO 130 LB?

So I'm not overweight :v:
So I'm not overweight :v:
Have fun being overly skinny which is about as healthy as being overweight.
"For arms/chest/fat loss I mean"
You can't choose where fat comes off. You have body fat levels. You're actually at a pretty average weight
I meant for building muscle in those areas and fat loss in general. What about say 150-155lbs, is that a better goal? I want to get more toned.
Have fun being overly skinny which is about as healthy as being overweight.
I don't exactly want to be "skinny" just lean. EG: Flat torso
When I was 130lbs at 5'6 I looked skinny as fuck. 130lbs at 5'11 is gonna have you looking like slenderman

Please, don't EVER say: "I want to get more toned" again.
Either you commit or you don't. Do you want to look like a fucking ripped motherfucker or a skinny twig with some lumps on the stomach?
You can work different areas, but you can't controll fatloss. Also, work your legs, or everyone will laugh at your chicken legs.
Thinking of doing the Bane 5x5 workout. Thoughts? Never tried a 5x5 before.
depending on your goals, level.... if you're doing it aimlessly for the sake of trying, then don't.
if you insist...... http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/training/the-5x5-program.html
So I'm not overweight :v:
oh fuck....
So I'm not overweight :v:
Have fun being underweight and the problems that come with it that can be just as worse as being overweight.
Post pics.
Can you guys recommend a 17-year old boy a strength workout regime? I'm getting sick of doing one constant programme for nearly 2 years.
