OHP is a son of a bitch, i stall on that shit a few times already just because it's harder than anything else.

I actually moved back on the OHP, I was doing 59 kg and now I can only do 55 max, is it possible to progress too fast?

Such a low bodyfat *cries*
So I've been trying to bulk up recently. I have been eating more but I do want to incorporate a protein shake since its easy to have at hand. Unfortunately, my parents are still convinced Creatine is the worst shit ever but at least they support Whey protein. Whats probably the best place to get it? I know truenutrition is good but we got a couple of coupons to GNC I believe. What brand should I get? I want the right brand and taste isn't so much of an issue. Should I include anything else in my protein shake since I can't have Creatine? I hear Casein is pretty good, but should I make it a post-workout, pre-workout or both shake? i wonder what the time period was for this
3-6 months weight loss- faster with a strict diet, exercise or faster with a cutting aid (such as clen or to a lesser extent a EC stack).
then years of working out or about 2 cycles, followed by another cut.
hola from spain. the only gym i found sucks. its big but no squat rack, no barbells and there are guidos everywhere. the gym owner told me not to keep my feet on the ground while benching because then i will curve my back
Are you supposed to levitate yourself around then?

Pretty much in the exact same boat as you. Been doing 5X5 for about a month, and the only thing I'm truly struggling in is the overhead press.
Today I did about 105 lbs., but I'm thinking I need to really drop down, possibly to 80 lbs or lower (thats two 25s and the weight of the bar, which is what I pretty much what I started at) and work on my technique some more.
I know Mehdi (Stronglifts creator guy incase you didn't notice his name on the website) has posted some videos on some of the lifts like deadlifts, squats, etc., but I don't know if there is one on overhead presses yet.

I find it really hard to keep up with his OHP rates. I'm supposed to be at 120 lbs for OHP but at the moment I can barely do 5 of 100.
Might as well pick up creatine monohydrate and maybe protein powder. Getting tired of being static weight.
ewww don't use creatine, you will get bloated mushy muscles (it increases water retention within the muscles) that will give you very little return on strength and size if you cycle off of it. creatine is garbage, IMO. some people like it, but I like my muscles to feel like bricks at all times.

Do you even know what creatine does?
Also, did my first workout at my gym. I have so much more space and things to use, although I didnt drink enough water today which made me feel kinda sick near the end of my workout. My arms cant even fully extend now, my elbow is bent at about 75 degrees and thats the lowest they sit naturally now.

How many will 500 grams get me?

Holy shit are my arms ever stiff and sore as shit. I thought yesterday was bad, today it feels like a continuous muscle cramp.
what is an accurate way to measure your body fat %? is there even one?
i used one of those machines that measure your height, weight, and body fat % at my gym. it said i'm 7.40%, and i know for sure that's not true.
