I was a small guy 135 pound 6 ft tall. Bulked up for a year or so to 170.
Looked good etc. I slacked off for awhile and got really sick and now I'm at 155.
Is getting gains back easier then the first time around? Because it took quite a long time. Would really like to be 170 again.
yes, it's very easy to get the muscle back once you've had it
I'm aware of that dark chocolate is good at helping you lose fat
So my girlfriend wanted me to quit smoking and I agreed with that, so when I left her place I had my final habit-cig (we probably are going to smoke at parties or something).
Another thing was that she would like to see me having a proper sixpack. So now I'm aiming for that.
I guess that I've had a good start today to it all.
As I had the fun times late at night at her place, then I went running high intensity training style and which got my heart pounding like a jackhammer and also got me coughing up a lot, my H.I.T. run was also at bit too long.
Other stuff today will be changing the car tires and Krav Maga class.
On the part of eating I've had a yoghurt, coffee, minced meat beef and a salad, an apple, a can of tuna with veggies, beans & chili and 3 pieces of dark chocolate. I've also drank half a bottle of a sports recovery drink and plan on drinking the other half after my KM class. Also going to eat a fajita before my KM.
Tomorrow I've planned on going for another H.I.T. run in the morning and to the gym in the evening.
I'll gladly take in some advice.

shh. jaeger is quite obviously trying to manipulate. bad manipulation at that. it's obvious he knows a thing or two, but what a shitty delivery on his part. he sounds like a bitter old man that sees things 'matter-a-fact'; a sad shortcoming to say the least.
and you, spaceghost, are as wispy as the wind. you mean nothing.
WORST POST OF MY LIFE
LITERALLY WORST
HOLY SHIT
nice back though
BUT JESUS HYOURE DUMB
I suppose it might not effect protein synthesis primarily; why, are you claiming you know an ideal way to increase protein synthesis?
and that would honestly be a good study to do; too bad human cloning is still frowned upon.
I am not claiming that, and that is completely irrelevant and a poor attempt at saying "you're right"... Why do you find this so difficult? You're not becoming any smarter when you deny the truth.
good article.
"Finally, a larger amount of the casein hydrolysate was used by the splanchnic bed (gut and intestines) with significantly less of the total protein reaching the bloodstream or peripheral tissues (muscles)."
That sounds awful. Well thank god I drink whole milk for life.
I love how Optimum Nutrition upsells the fuck outta their 'Hydro-Whey', whilst this article just poops on the number one rated supplement company for the past couple years. That's sad.
That is as if sales were linear to more benefits per study from medical journals. It's not.

I had the same problem you'll be alright if you work hard. Was 77 kg, dropped to 70 kg when I got glandular fever, now I'm 85 kg and trying to cut down a bit.

what, specifically, was I denying lol?
All of your posts are indirectly or directly a denial of being told you're wrong. If you really can't grasp where you were in each and everyone of your posts, I will gladly adhere and pinpoint exactly why you're not giving actual information but denying us from.

go for it. tell me what statements i made were wrong and why.
i take in ~200 grams of protein in a day. i have proton shakes because i'm lazy as fuck and don't want to work up a new meal plan where i can get 200 grams of protein through food without having all the extra calories that come with that food. 300 calories from protein shakes and 200 grams of protein is easy as fuck for me to measure and keep track of and maintain, it's cheaper, and it saves me time instead of cooking all the food to get that same amount of protein.
if you're one of those faggots who says something like "DURR IT'S BETTER TO GET NATURAL SOURCES OF PROTEIN YOU GET BETTER GAINS" you can suck my dick because i've been doing this for 3 years and i can guaran-fucking-tee you're half my size
proof that there are hundreds of thousands of different ways to go about getting muscular.
what the fuck are you talking about
you lift heavy stuff and put it down and get the nutrients that your body needs into your body. there really isn't hundreds of thousands of ways to do that, there's a few
[editline]25th October 2012[/editline]
unless you're talking about hundreds of thousands of ways to get those nutrients into your body with different supps and bullshit then sure

Hey guys, I was just wondering.. Is chicken skin really that bad? Some people say it has lots of saturated fats and shit but there are others which say it's good, I have 3 chicken drumsticks that I want to cook and I don't know if I should skin them.
I do lots of of high intensity weight training 3 times a week (been doing it for a year) just incase it helps

I wish I had some idea of what I was doing at they gym. I get plenty of exercise suring my season but now during the offseason I'm totally lost as to how to maintain my shape. I have a great running plan, but lifting is past me.

[editline]27th October 2012[/editline]
Why are you so hung on deadlifts?
because i see it as one of the most essential exercises that anyone should do
bench, squat, and deadlift are the big 3
