I don't know what the hell is going on with my body. This week I've been trying to lose the extra fat to look leaner, and I'm already looking much leaner, but I've got from 84.6 kg to 86 kg in like a day. I have no idea where this extra weight is coming from, but it's certainly not visible fat.

I weighed myself after chucking a massive turd so maybe it's water. I'll stick to weekly weightings instead.

fool wat u want ur life or ur jewelz
I've been doing SL 5x5 for 12 weeks now and it has helped me a lot, but lately it's been getting really hard to increase weight and I'm feeling very tired after working out and on the rest days. My maximum squat is 92.5 kg, but I've deloaded it twice now.
My current diet is inconsistent and I can't really tell much about it. This is the diet I want to start doing:
Breakfast:
* Boiled eggs.
* Oat meal.
* Toast with butter.
* Coffee.
Lunch:
* Wrap with chicken and vegetables.
Dinner #1:
* Toast with butter.
* Cornflakes with yogurt.
Dinner #2:
* Chicken.
* Potatoes.
* Vegetable salad.
Is the above enough? I want to go on a bulking diet, and I don't want to feel tired every day. Should I take supplements like fish oil and vitamin pills? Occasionally I feel like falling asleep during exercise.
falling asleep during exercise?
deload everything and start indulging yourself on more food..... more carbs, more protein...
* Toast with butter.
Here is your problem, put a slice of bacon on it :v:
anyone else not really watch their diet? I just eat a fuckload and lift, and I still maintain a decent physique. and If I want to lean out, I just eat less. the whole eating issue seems to be pretty arbitrary though

I just eat shitloads of food and lift 4-5 times a week. It's not that difficult.
I dont watch my diet too closely, but I usually put in what I eat at the end of the day into my livestrong just to make sure I consistently hit 3500-4000 cals

rear delt gets slightly hit
not enough to be a priority exercise on tri/delt day but I want to increase my max reps
Wish I could just not eat and turn into a holocaust victim without dying or becoming malnourished. Having to eat makes losing weight too difficult.

Focus on one goal. I'm not exactly sure, but you sound like those people who've been trying to lose weight their entire lifetime and can't get result because they're trying to do two things at once.
i pree much do the same thing as perfumly, eat decently healthy (eggs, oats, fruits, chicken) but don't worry if i eat a burger or some pizza and just roughly add up the macros near the end of the day to make sure i'm hitting at least a 500 calorie surplus since i'm bulking like a cunt.

plus if anyone gets on my ass about eating shitty food i just say i'm bulking and it makes everything okay

Not fat just bulking
Well, I've been fat since before school, but I've only seriously tried to lose fat for slightly over 2 years now. I've lost over 25 kgs of weight so far, but there's still 15-20 kgs to lose (123,kgs to 95-100 kgs and hopefully then to around 84 kgs).
I suggest you read Lyle's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook. Not sure exactly what are you doing, for how long, but generally people who have been fat for a very long time usually tend to go balls to the wall with their diets and are afraid to stop, which is a bridge to a shitload of new problems.
In the book he talks about what most people miss; when should you take a refeed, full diet break and address a lot of issues I can't recall right now that people usually have with prolonged dieting.

What's your diet? With proper diet you can lose 20 kg in a year.
My diet isn't proper, that's for sure, but I'm extremely lazy and I don't want to spend lots of time to make food unless it's good food, in which case it won't be healthy.
Currently eating rice and various sauces plus milk/cacao and vitamins+magnesium. Daily tally comes to about 1500 calories. There's also an hour of excercise 3-4 days a week on average.
