eating rice and various sauces plus milk/cacao/QUOTE] No... Just no. You don't need cacao/chocolate when losing weight, neither do you need milk, as it is very protein rich, but also the very fatty.
killed my gainz guiz 17 mile run and then vigorous make-up sex just 3 hours later fuck
Fat and lactose free, 220 calories in one liter, I drink two liters per day. I'll accept the nos for the rice, sauce and cacao, but not for the milk.
the fuck 2 liters per day ? I shat bricks after I waned myself off milk and came back.
Milk's relatively unpunishing, since juice has twice the calories.

You know you are getting extra calories which has little to no protein, and thus raising calories you need to eat to fill your macros?

I have no macros, just the total amount of calories. If I followed macros I'd actually have to make real food. I got deathly tired of preparing minced meat for two years straight so I'm trying to alienate myself from something else so I'll be able to return to my belowed minced meat.

How do I do weighted pull ups without snapping my wrists? I'm at like body weight + 25 now and I am forced to stop cause of wrist strain.

are you experiencing wrist pain anywhere else besides pullups?

Mm, sorta. I do put in effort, but not as much as I should/could. I've gained strength and lost weight, and if it isn't as fast as I'd like, that's life. I've reached one of my four goals I set when I begun this diet thing, so that's definitely something. I do have hope that I'll be able to get to my preferred weight in a few years. If I can get 5 kgs to drop per year, it'll be 3-4 years until I'll be where I wish to be.
why are you so bent about weight? I think you should keep cutting until you're satisfied with what you see in the mirror. stop worrying so much about the numbers
Well, weight is something tanglible to shoot for. Of course what I see in the mirror is what's more important, but currently it seems that I'd need to go to about 70 before I lose all my excess skin, so 84 kgs is a good target for now.
Any suggestions how to get on from a " dead point " in bench? I'm stuck at 65 kilos, and I've been for like 2 months.
are you experiencing wrist pain anywhere else besides pullups?
Any time I do any heavy bicep curl exercises but it's not as bad.
Any suggestions how to get on from a " dead point " in bench? [editline]1st November 2012[/editline] i haven't been at one weight for any of my major lifts longer than 2 weeks
Any time I do any heavy bicep curl exercises but it's not as bad.
Replace both exercises and give the wrist some rest
Sorry to kind of derail a bit, but I just have a small question to ask. It may come off wrong, but it's just since food/diet is something that can be a bit difficult to understand, I must ask. Are Hot Pockets really that bad? I prefer the Pepperoni Pizza flavor. I mean most frozen foods are kind of last resort things anyways, so fresh shit will always beat them and stuff, but since I still eat hot Pockets occasionally, I want to know in a general sense if that's alright. They have about 11g of protein, but 700g of salt... Are Hot Pockets junk food shit or are they ok?
If you only eat Hot Pockets, then yes, you've got a shitty diet. But, if you use them occasionally just so you can hit your daily macros, that's fine. It doesn't matter.
Fuck, don't know why, but since I started lifting I've become more angry and aggressive than I was 1 year ago. Is it the increase of testosterone or what? I'm not on the anabolic's(seriously!).
No you're just turning into a cunt!
How do I do weighted pull ups without snapping my wrists? I'm at like body weight + 25 now and I am forced to stop cause of wrist strain.
do some strength training for your grip like towel pull ups or rack pulls

And I don't eat Hot Pockets everyday, or even every week, so I guess it's all good in the long run.
