got a quick question, fatty here trying to get fit in a more relaxed way than a complete life turn around and i was wondering what would be some beneficial foods to eat to go along with me joining the powerlifting team at my school. (15 years old btw) biggest problem ill have is conditioning so if there is any food or some shit that focuses towards that, i guess i'd want to know that more, but also some things to help muscle growth would be nice, i'm pretty weak in upper body so i could really use this oppurturnity to change that i dont nessecarily eat nothing but fatty foods and fast food but im sure what i do eat would be disgraceful in you guys if you're anything like /fit/, just a quick outline of most of things i eat (especially since my family became too poor to afford better food) ramen noodles, cereal, fried eggs (w/ or w/o cheese) in tortilla shells, lunch meat (w or w/o cheese) in tortilla shells, pb&j (rarely, we dont often have all the ingredients at the same time), other than that not much, pretty bland, starchy and overall unhealthy. i havent really eaten many vegetables/fruits in my life and never really tried many but ones i do enjoy are bananas, green beans, and peaches. that's about all i can think of. we do get fast food more than i actually want to, even as i enjoy fast food, but thats more due to money than anything shit, did not mean to give you my whole life story, just, can i have some suggestions that would benefit a fatty going to work out after 3 years of not (including conditioning, haven't worked out since junior high football) i used to be a picky eater but at this point in my life, can't afford to be, so if it's beneficial enough to me, ill eat it regardless of the taste, also, i'll read up myself if you guys really dont like this question or something, but how much water should i drink per day, i barely drink any, which is probably the most unhealthy thing to do, but i just find water so boring, i've tried mio, but that shit is a) probably bad for you, like cancer or some shit lol and b) costs a shitload

So im starting to experience back pains and some leg pains now, i'm about 6"9 and 280~ pounds i do train at the gym alot but my legs aren't all that developed, can i get some help?

I found that if i don't workout i lose more weight than if i do. Maybe because I barely eat....

I think I would get bored of lifting every day. I reckon it's nice to take regular breaks during the week but that's just me.

Bah, having sleeping problems sucks. Except for the days that I lift, I can't get any sleep. I just lie in bed fully awake until 6-7 am.
