PENISCORP INC.
???
but the internet is still there?
Yeah but at night is when the internet is quieter in your country.
Thats what i used to do. I played on my computer during the day all day, multiplayer games mainly. But then when it got to about midnight/1am time.... Multiplayer stuff would be dead in the UK, so thats when i'd play my single player games.

There are always people online and playing 24/7 though. Your experience on the matter must be pretty old.
Also that's when the Americans start getting active, particularly unhelpful on forums like these.

Ahhh... See, i only play games with servers that tend to be on EU servers. So we don't get the americans.
For example, i play WoW. And during the day its quite busy, and obviously between 5pm-11pm its the busiest. But it starts to get a lot slower and quieter at midnight and you'll be queuing for dungeons and they'll take twice as long.
sometimes pages load really slow and I noticed this in the status bar

I don't even have the extension installed.
OT: Sometimes when im on a thread. It won't let me press any buttons, i have to click back and then click "read" or the home page or whatever i need.
But i think thats possibly a chrome fault.
Left over from Rust I think. It is safe to block it though.
Actually you can embed unity games in posts.

looked fine on my 1080p screen, sorry for stretching
It's overflowing the page for me, goes outside the post bounds on the right

Neh, I play EU. There is just always people on.
Even in WoW, just played a bit of Draenor the first 2-3 months after release. Even at 5 in the night there would still be plenty people playing.

That command is supposed to be executed on a Debian based Linux server that hosts the website(s)
I can't remember if we covered this, but I tend to see random threads show up non-bolded in popular threads, when I've never opened them before. It'd make sense if it's super old threads that just have a lot of visitors, but there's usually recent conversation in them

Indeed it is, it's gonna make the SSL market really flip on its self but opens it up to the average person now without the risk of being ripped off. The fact Cisco, Mozilla and the EFF all support it is a big thing.
Still if you want more secure (better encryption methods/licensed encryption types etc) and higher grade certificates you're gonna have to pay for them.
The only way to make Facepunch truly great is make serverwatch root admin, ban garry and change its name to The Official Forum or the Church of Serverwatch

Would make for a cool April fools. Give him fake ban privileges and have it log who he tries to ban and for how long, and at the end of the day, ban him for the sum total.

toxx please
and is this the thread to request Postal's name and avatar spinning at slightly different speeds? I've been sick for a few days, nauseous, dizzy, and I nearly but not quite threw up when I see him posting, I genuinely want it to make me motion sick if I look at it for too long :v:
I feel like I'm getting the false-next-page a lot more often as of late. I dunno if it's a coincidence or if whatever causes it is getting more frequent.
If it's because of the way Facepunch handles deleted posts as somebody suggested, I guess we're just getting more shitposters and/or spammers getting their posts deleted.

CloudFlare offers free SSL and Facepunch uses CloudFlare last time I checked, so I wonder why it's not enabled.
Can we also make it so ignoring someone hides their posts entirely? Instead of having a huge white block that says "SOMEONE YOU IGNORED POSTED HERE: CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY SAID"

It's kinda fake SSL as the traffic between CF and AWS would be unencrypted, but it's a start.

I agree with this, what's the point in ignoring someone on the forums if it does little else then cover it with a huge "HEY, THIS GUY POSTED HERE" sign?
Can we also make it so ignoring someone hides their posts entirely? Instead of having a huge white block that says "SOMEONE YOU IGNORED POSTED HERE: CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY SAID"
Having it completely hidden makes it confusing with context, but anyway it'd help if it didn't look like total ass by default.

Thing is it'd most likely fuck up how it looks for mods due to stuff being there that regular users can't see. Here's the CSS for both of them if a mod wants to try it.
The image zoomer reverses the animation on this post, haven't tried other images. ( POST )

There could be a feature that allows you to change your username, but only every twelve months or so. Would limit it quite nicely.
