Black borders with a low-spread shadow can look quite nice. For the shadow I'm doing box-shadow: 0 0 3px -1px black;
For the sake of examples, I was using box-shadow: 0 8px 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.80);
I am thinking removing borders altogether looks better then adding even uglier standing out borders. As for "Mark Unread" bug, I don't see why you'd EVER want such a button at all, I have misclicked it SO MANY TIMES. I really hate it. Dark theme is not coming. Neither are black borders and box shadow. Or BB-tags in visitor messages.
Mark Unread is good for when you are no longer interested in a thread. Or those one time visits. Good use in SH and Videos forums
Or BB-tags in visitor messages.
How about URLs only?
This is what the mark unread should do on forum display. [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/143570378/ShareX/2015/05/2015-05-30_20-56-22.mp4[/vid] [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] Also it should do this on the read new posts page. [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/143570378/ShareX/2015/05/2015-05-30_21-17-02.mp4[/vid]
Not as important but has anybody mentioned flagdogs not showing in the OP of a thread?

[vid]https://a.pomf.se/nxuqek.webm[/vid] Nope! :v: [editline]30th May 2015[/editline]
And there are countless times where I've just read a thread tried to mark it unread in fp_read.php and it just doesn't fucking do anything and then I have to hunt for it again and mark it unread in the sub forum category. Which is INCREDIBLY frustrating. This only happens 50% of the time.
It's positioning needs to be adjusted no doubt
made a banner for moddb

I'm not too sure, would like to see how the colours would look at around the header area. It does look a lot cleaner I have to admit but I think there could be a colour that works better. Edit:
Mark Unread is good for when you are no longer interested in a thread. Or those one time visits. Good use in SH and Videos forums
Yeah its good when your no longer interested in a topic, however the misclick issue can be irritating. Having an option to undo what you've done would be great.
Considering that we do have jquery, it won't be that hard right? [vid]https://a.pomf.se/nxuqek.webm[/vid] Nope! :v:
yeah trying to get animation on table elements is frustrating as fuck, managed to do it with
$( "#thread_" + threadid + " > td > *").slideUp( "slow", function() { $( "#thread_" + threadid ).remove(); } );
Like the WTF is Hatred thread, which has gone so far off-topic that I don't care to see new posts for it anymore.
Good enough?
Is the animation and removal disabled in the forum view?

Related to your change abour RC posts not being ratable anymore, did you ever consider hiding the 'Views' thing for RC members too? (if it's not hidden for banned users already).
I'm getting this bug with some embedded videos: [t]http://a.pomf.se/qbfuci.PNG[/t] If I fullscreen the window, it goes away. But having it display on half the screen does that. It's happened with some other videos in the past couple of days as well.
Oh, it's the same as [vid] tags one, the wonders of having a shitty screen resolution.. [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] I really wish I could make the videos maintain 16:9 aspect ratio when shrinked down by max-width [editline]30th May 2015[/editline]
I'm getting this bug with some embedded videos: [t]http://a.pomf.se/qbfuci.PNG[/t] If I fullscreen the window, it goes away. I actually ended up hacking my way around it in JavaScript for a project I am working on.
It would be nice if the View Images in thread link actually fetched images, i'm not sure when that broke. Also could threads that have been deleted, closed, or ddt'd be removed from the Newest threads cue? It would prevent users from clicking on shock images and useless junk after it has been pruned.
It would be nice if the View Images in thread link actually fetched images, i'm not sure when that broke.
I'm pretty sure it has been fixed for a little while now. Did you check before you posted?
I'm pretty sure it has been fixed for a little while now. Did you check before you posted?
Not sure if he means this, but the icon sometimes shows if the thread has no images, I think it is if it has videos in, so when you click on it, it says 0 images found, e.g: Icon shows for this thread http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1468097 (in SH) Page shows this http://facepunch.com/fp_images.php?t=1468097
It is possible that the thread had images, but they all were removed. [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] Edited out. Whatever.
It is possible that the thread had images, but they all were removed. [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] Edited out. Whatever.
I don't think so. If that was the case, there wouldn't be animated images of exploded cats, crushed dogs and people getting beheaded by chainsaws in the previous lmao pics images pages. Can you make it so that mod-deleted posts have their images hidden on thread image pages?
Using chrome on iPhone, flagdog reports safari.
Using chrome on iPhone, flagdog reports safari.
Testing on Chrome for iPhone [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] Yep, could of sworn it was just the chrome logo a while ago
Using chrome on iPhone, flagdog reports safari.
Thats because it uses webkit and Nitro i think. Yep
https://developer.chrome.com/multidevice/ios/overview Chrome for iOS is derived from the WebKit browser codebase, as is Apple's Mobile Safari.

Thats because it uses webkit and Nitro i think. Yep
In case you didn't know, Chrome identifies itself as Safari on all platforms. The problem on iPhone is that instead of "Chrome/<ver>" in UA string, it has "CriOS/<ver>" for no reason at all.
for everybody's reference, the feature was disabled because someone found out if you posted a super fucking tall image that's only 1 pixel wide, the comment box would by default try and [thumb] tag it or something, and inadvertently stretched the thing to be several hundred pixels wide, by that amplitude tall, causing some serious lag/browser crashes
I remember I got banned for discovering the avatar stretching, it worked within the comments too? [editline]30th May 2015[/editline] Also, another suggestion for the image previewer, mind making a change so it opens the image in a new tab while ctrl is held? All you need to do is add a check for e.metaKey where you check for the middle click.
Is it possible to just make a thumbnail thingy make the image a link if the thumbnail's dimensions pass a certain abnormal size? I don't know how any of this shit works but it's just a thought
