Not in the slightest important but it would be nice to see what subforum a topic was made in on the "Latest Created Threads" There has been many times when I've clicked something because the title was interesting, only to find it's a GMod screenshot or something.

I have no idea why but flag dog is making me American [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] I'm British BTW
I have no idea why but flag dog is making me American [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] I'm British BTW
Of course you are, you god damn loyalist.
I have no idea why but flag dog is making me American [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] I'm British BTW
Because you are posting from an American IP address. [editline]1st June 2015[/editline]
long rows of code, at least in quotes, break the page width
Alright, I figured out what causes that. The infamous "display: table". The bad news is - removing it causes this: [t]http://i.imgur.com/XYThDqO.png[/t] And max-width is not helping. :(
I have no idea why but flag dog is making me American [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] I'm British BTW
chrome does the same thing like opera to compress the data, if you enabled that. [editline]1st June 2015[/editline] this thing [t]https://dl.pushbulletusercontent.com/c6xgw5FpKaF6nC6g24UQRc95tWlOF6tM/Screenshot_2015-06-01-02-48-21.png[/t] and yes, I should really go to bed.

There should be a general IQ test before joining.
Nice job, Randy.
Re-implement re-captcha ya mean.
Smartness?
Quality of life on mobile is definitely lacking. I'm on a tablet and if I'm viewing landscape mode, the site is gargantuan I know we've gone over things like ratings and entire apps, but I'd like to reinforce the idea of having a "request desktop site" function to avoid inch-tall text
What would improve experience on mobile is providing a full-featured and well-documented API to allow one of the talented developers here to build us a mobile app without having to hand over our credentials to them (and breaking the curse)
Could the http://garrysmod.org option be added back to profile links please? I know a lot of people in the Garry's Mod community including myself would appreciate it's return. The format is just a 64 bit steam id appended to http://garrysmod.org/user/ (so if the domain is moved back in the future the links can still work) Here's the icon:
god damn it is back again
I'm pretty sure that's always been the case when you refresh, you have to click read again.
god damn it is back again
Give it a minute perhaps, the forum i work with (XenForo) works on cronjobs, these include updating changes like update read subscriptions and it runs the job every 5 minutes.
god damn it is back again
Are you on the www. domain? Are there any errors in console?
Is it possible the Valve icon in In The News Node could be updated? The logo itself is not outdated, but the colour scheme certainly is.
I gave it 15 minutes before re-trying and it refuses to clear, had to manually do it again. [editline]2nd June 2015[/editline] not on the www. domain [editline]2nd June 2015[/editline]
Yeah, you are accessing the website through http://www.facepunch.com/
I know this is late but thanks for the "mark unread" thing. You did a good job, much better

It should be done by an official source or not at all. I know robot's not going to code up an entire app but mobile/desktop version control is ideally a simple fix by comparison
Is it possible the Valve icon in In The News Node could be updated? Havent heard anything about the OS icons besides the long discussions of whats windows and what isnt :v:
Sucks what happened to the durgz section. I wonder if it's okay to have a vaping thread in GD. Yes? No? Maybe?
Don't see why not? Nicotine does not usually put you under the sort of influence it's forbidden to post under. [editline]1st June 2015[/editline]
What would improve experience on mobile is providing a full-featured and well-documented API to allow one of the talented developers here to build us a mobile app without having to hand over our credentials to them (and breaking the curse)
You're still handing your credentials to them though. No reason they couldn't log them to their own servers regardless. In that case it's detectable on the client side, but is anyone really going to check, and keep checking with every update, and not just traffic but code too (as such a keylogger could be designed to only activate for mods, or after X days etc.)?
What's the point of the invite since registration is still (as far as I can see) open? Sorry if this has been answered, I just haven't noticed invites even being there, and I don't feel like reading through 44 pages to maybe find the answer.
how? anything copy pasted from facepunch in the url bar has never been www. it's always been http://facepunch.com wtf even my home page which is frankily http://facepunch.com/fp_read.php even displays http://facepunch.com not www. so how the balls am i being routed to the www. domain
One of your bookmarks or links somewhere must have the www. prefix. I can't think of anything else.
Something broke ratings, can't rate anyone. Unless they've been removed or something. :v:
read threads "mark unread" is also broken, they just come back after a reload
make sure you aren't using the www. use http://facepunch.com i just found this out, go back a page
i am sure it isn't i also have no userscripts
Something broke ratings, can't rate anyone. Unless they've been removed or something. :v:
yeah ratings don't work for me, and I can't see who's rated me either. The little list doesn't pop down D:
