If your a raider that is friendly your pretty much a wastelander
Well, not as in friendly like a wastelander, but he is friendly for a raider. He would still kill and put skulls on nails and such.
But if he gets pissed he attacks
So pretty much a wastelander with anger managment issues
Sometimes he's in a good mood and just ignores people. Other times he shoots them and feeds them to Jitters.
