If I dont get 10-11 hours a sleep a night im extremely tired, and when I do get that amount, im still tired as hell. 8-9 hours makes me very tried, and anything less than that means I can barely function during the day. If I get more than 11 hours I'm oversleeping, and will STILL be tired. Is there anyway to fix this other than that polyphasic stuff? I dont think I have sleep apnea, because it mostly affects older or overweight people, and im neither of those.
When you sleep your brain releases DMT - Aka spirit molecule ( also used to smoke and get high ) =) u need your sleep to have SUBCONCIOUS THOUGHTS AND FIGURE THINGS SUBCONCIOUSLY out ;p
Wrong, so far we only know the the chemical precursors to DMT exist in the brain, we don't know if the brain releases DMT though.

Has anyone any knowledge/a literal expression of introspection relating to how they talk with their unconscious, and via which means? Establishing communication with one's dreaming self is supposed to require them to execute meaningful thoughts requesting for assistance in solving an environmental problem which should thereby result in a solution being "translated" from their dream into their conscious actions (albeit these may be somewhat restricted to the overall abstraction and will of the conscious mind; thusly, one may be able to override the defaults of their conscious mind by releasing the "constants" - and their looped connection with the external environment - of their conscious mind).
It's getting late and I was just fooling around in Nether, Minecraft
technically your body doesnt NEED sleep. There are other things you can do to get the same effect on your body rather than sleeping. The only reason we sleep is because our eyes are tired
 End of the world.

Since everyone else is quoting on your dumb post, I guess I will too.

This is getting a bit redundant now.
