Trains from Melbourne to Ballarat only run until 10 so I'd have to leave then. Preferably we'll be done laser tag long before that and spent a bit of time at a pub.

a LOL PERTH
(perth doesn't have paint balling age restrictions, jokes on you)
(perth doesn't have paint balling age restrictions, jokes on you)
LOL He's over 18 it doesn't matter.
you've never wanted to use a 12 year old as a human shield?
Last time i played something like this i got a full face mask and went around hitting people with my gun.
Paintballing is pretty expensive anyway (I mean at least to a group of people who are mostly at uni). To purchase like 100 extra paint balls when I went was like $22 (and that's not including the price just to get in/equipment/whatnot). We'll get three battles in Laser Skirmish for as much as 100 extra paintballs.
Bro you just don't know where to play. Last time I played it was $65 a pop for about 2,000paintballs. [editline]20th June 2011[/editline]
who cares if not everyone is 18? they just can't go if they're not, fuck them
I got the impression that under 18's probably make up a fair portion of the people that'd want to attend somethin' like this. I dunno, if someone organises a paintball thing instead that'd be fucking sweet.
Bro you just don't know where to play. Last time I played it was $65 a pop for about 2,000paintballs.
Really? Do you remember where it was? [editline]21st June 2011[/editline] I'd take paintballing over laser skirmish anyday.
If you're a member of a club you generally get way cheaper prices. I have my own gear though so while paint is cheap I would have spent a heap on other shit too.
Okay people. It's been a while since this was last updated so I am just going to say I'm going to make the booking but I need to know that the people who said they would go are actually able to go. Planning on having this on the 21st of August at 3:30, hoping that the games last for over an hour, and we get out in time to have a drink before some people need to leave.
3:30 seems a bit early. We need to be out of there before too late but I thought it was going to be a night thing rather than an afternoon.
3:30 seems a bit early. We need to be out of there before too late but I thought it was going to be a night thing rather than an afternoon.
What time then? 5 maybe?
5 sounds good. Plenty of time for laser tag, drinks and then back to the rat.
So the 21st of August at 5pm
Is that on a weekend?
Is that on a weekend?
It's a Saturday.
Yeah I can most likely do this if I'm free that day, and if I have the cash for this kinda thing.
I just don't want to make a booking and no one shows up that's all.
I'd love to come but I'm too young, bah. Have fun though!
I'd love to come but I'm too young, bah. Have fun though!
How young are you man? That's like the whole point of laser-tag to be the kiddies version of Paintball n' shit.
Like I said earlier, I don't think it's a great idea to book this too far in advance unless we're able to actually meet up PRIOR to doing this to get money from people to make the bookings, because there's no way in fucking hell that it's a good idea to pay for like 10+ peoples tickets and then nobody turns up because stuff comes up in their life's.
I will be able to come, I got nothing on that day as far as I know.

It's only an hour train trip for me but I'll probably get to the city during the day after lunch or something. No point getting there at 5, playing for an hour and then getting home past 7 or 8.
this 100% [editline]8th July 2011[/editline] e.g. I have no idea if I'll be there because it's so far away [editline]8th July 2011[/editline] oh it's a sunday I have church then
It's a Saturday? Ohh whoops put the wrong date. Mean 20th then.
I will be able to come, I got nothing on that day as far as I know.
Yeah, nothing as far as you know right now, but that can change, and I don't think it's wise for one person to pay for, say, 10 people's tickets when only 3 end up going.
How young are you man? That's like the whole point of laser-tag to be the kiddies version of Paintball n' shit.
Turning 16 soon. I don't live too far from Southbank, so maybe a 30 minute train/tram trip. I'm not too sure though, do I need to pitch in with tickets?
I'm turning 16 and I intend to go. Hah, it's gonna be the day after my formal/afterparty.
Turning 16 soon. I don't live too far from Southbank, so maybe a 30 minute train/tram trip. I'm not too sure though, do I need to pitch in with tickets?
You pay for yourself. If we get a group discount then we split it.
