I know this is an old post and this isn't too relevant but I don't believe Cannabis inhibits REM sleep, I am a recovering benzo addict and Benzo's inhibit REM sleep meaning I haven't had a proper sleep nor have I dreamed(You need to be in REM sleep to dream) in almost a year and a half. When I only smoked Cannabis and did other drugs and not Benzo's, I dreamed and I had good sleeps.

Quite frankly people underestimate the billions of years of evolution, as well as the ability of the human body to repair itself. As with everything, moderation is necessary, but two days of rolling will not destroy your memory. Any degradation in memory that one experienced after using MDMA 2 days in a row is simply psychological and not physiological. They were just not meant to do MDMA.
