I'm trying to piece together all the dialogue into something that makes sense, but it's difficult. It seems to be happening at different times. One moment they're hiking, the next they're undercover around some minister which ends in a battle and the "antagonist" getting captured. Really the entire hiking bit seems to be very... unessential to the rest.

They are all uploaded within 15 minutes of 11pm. if <published></published> is anything to go by.
Any video's before this (Francois, Herb, etc.) are all uploaded at seemingly random times.

Holy shit, I just noticed. The third time isn't minutes. It's seconds. They were all uploaded within 20 seconds after 11PM at night. The later the upload time, the longer the video. The video's before are finished uploading at 30 seconds after 11pm up to 11:01PM

The video's must be automatically uploaded. Meaning Pronunciationbook's channel owner could have been somewhere else for ages, letting his PC upload daily. Looking back through all his recent (3 months ago) videos. They are all uploaded at roughly 11 o'clock, Probably meaning he just gets a batch of them done at once and then releases them by automated.
