Tom Bender has believed to be a main person in all this. He was employed at Howcast until 2008, when he left. There was a second site called Cashfortimesharesnow which is registered to him. A web archive has snapshots of the site from 2006 up until today. In 2011, a snapshot was taken of the site. It redirected to synydyne.com. Synydyne was behind the This is My Milwaukee thing.
This has lead us to believe that Tom Bender has been planning this ARG for over 4 years. PronunciationBook appears to be his channel.

Actually, he does. "Jesus" is a common name in Spanish. It transliterates to "Joshua".
