Also he talks about New York a lot, usually with with things that reference the city or are connected to it in some form.
Maybe he lives there? I wonder if this is some sort of suicide call for help.
As in the short game Receiver, that had a futuristic conspiracy plot-line. It had a very interesting vibe and this feels a bit reminiscent of it.
