That makes me think this might actually have something to do with that Milwaukee thing.

Unfortunately unless GODSEED's fragments made their way outside of Milwaukee along with Blackstar I don't see TIMM playing into this. Then again towards the end of activity in TIMM the employees at Blackstar did start mentioning uprisings and rebels assaulting Blackstar buildings.

Yes. The way he spoke this time sounded kinda...different? Also, if you listen to his older videos like the 1st and the 2nd one.,.he had a different microphone and a sharper voice. I'm not saying he's not the same person but he had a different tone and he was quite nervous as well...
So this new video means that the mission was probably some covert ops shit and it involved them dressing up as caterers.
