Okay... I'm seeing a pattern here, but I might just be crazy.
At the start of the 77-days thing he spoke some sense. A sentence or so every day. Then it started making less and less sense until it was complete gibberish.
Then we got half a novel worth of information that sort of made sense, but was still very cryptic, and that lasted for 3 whole segements and now we're back to utter gibberish again.
If we have anything to go by, this man is trying his damned best to make sense and explain the situation, but it's as if something keeps taking him over and distorting the information he wants to give us.
Now looking back at the systems, and clouds, a while back I saw someone mentioning that this man is a living consciousness in a machine, and he's trying to find a loved one ("I have to find her system"). He's trying to let us know what's going on, but something "behind the scenes" is controlling him and messes with his delivery.
Something is going to happen in 32 days. It's likely the "something" is going to be related to the systems in what we have previously, and it's going to be really bad. And 32 days is a long time, over a month. If he manages to get back to making sense, some useful information could be provided. In a few days our spectrogram-man might finally have a face. That all should be enough for us to figure out what he wants a good 2-3 weeks before the deadline.
To summarize: Something is going to happen in 32 days - [I]unless we stop it from happening.[/I]
