if they give us visual novels at every intermission there will be a point where I'll be happy enough not caring of what's on the end of the ARG

"ste 700" is [i]Suite[/i] 700. Building suites are numbered by hundreds, each hundred being a floor (100-199 for 1st floor, 200-299 for 2nd, etc). This means they're in an office on the 7th floor (they could just have the first numbered little office or own the whole floor, no way to tell without inquiring)
