They've put years of planning into something and have put time and effort into making all the cryptic content and cheesy videos without it looking like it was done by some random highschool kid they're providing content to us, be it confusing for the moment, and the people who are interested enough are paying into the service to discover more content. I think it's a rather sound idea to make the deeper stuff cost a few bucks, to help control the flow of data and make sure only [i]interested[/i] people recieve all the pieces, instead of having dozens of thousands of random reddit users just milling about for shits and giggles. Would be wasting a lot of time if important pieces get breezed over

They revealed their new project, a hilarious cheesy 80'sish FMV visual novel called Bear Stearns Bravo. The first chapter is free, and you pay 7 dollars for the rest when it is released. Horse_ebooks and PB are now believed to be defunct.

I think the only thing I'm disappointed with about all this, is the complete change in tone. All the PB videos were mysterious and creepy, especially the spectrogram. But the interactive story is pretty cheesy and more comedic (so far, I guess) I'm still enjoying it though, it just isn't what I expected at all. Horse_ebooks being connected blew my mind though, and I love Jackie Dalton's headgear thing.

Jackie's concept is so fucking awesome

This whole BravoNet thing is genius and I'm definitely going to follow it for a while. I hope it becomes bigger than just the VNs, the universe is pretty damn good.
