That is sort of true. Oil [B]will never run out[/B]. Skyrocketing prices caused by unmet demand will ensure we stop using oil as a fuel source (for good or bad) long before it actually runs out in the literal sense.
It's not really clear how oil is produced at all, so it's completely plausible that it's still being created. His post shouldn't be nominated.
