For me, it took fucking forever to find a decent face wash routine that agreed with my skin. Trust your friends for now, but just realize it might take more experimenting before you're happy.
I've recently started getting acne again, not sure why. Maybe it's the ridiculous amount of cardio I do.
So I'm up in Vancouver, B.C. presenting for a conference and I've had my eye out for killer shops and found a pretty cool spot sorta hidden away in Chinatown. Here's their website: www.illustratedexample.CA They have some in house designs as well as a sweet selection of contemporary streetwear including a good selection of popular adidas shoes, some Palace, Arcteryx bags, various other high quality brands. Prices are high but not unexpectedly so for this range of streetwear. Store design is crisp clean but not too minimalist. I tried on a few of their originals and they all were quality construction and fit well. Ended up copping a double sided scoop hem white and black tank top. Very comfy tri blend This mandarin collar dress shirt was cool af but wanted to keep my spending down so I passed on it. Been wanting a long sleeve with halfway buttons for a bit and this would have been a great choice. Each of their originals also had these unique interchangeable fabric clips that you could switch out with different colors that I thought added a nice touch. You can see a black one at the bottom of the mandarin. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area and wanna try on/buy some great streetwear.
what are cool things that i should be buying while i'm living in tokyo whats ur favorite japanese brands
It's not a brand but Shimokitazawa is a nice place for buying clothes, it's not far from Shibuya. There's a mode off which has some good second hand clothes which I found to be cheaper than other places in Tokyo; got some Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent ties there for only a couple of thousand yen each.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/cojl66y.png[/t][t]http://i.imgur.com/zjyOjQ3.jpg?1[/t] do any of you guys use skins creams and stuff? I have a bit of stuff loaded in a shopping cart based on the recommendation of some female friends. my skin is pretty shit and there are weird spots on my face.
my gf made me start using korean skin care products and I'd say they're pretty good, she (and skincare forums too) seem to swear by it I use a face wash, toner and moisturizer that's about it. I'd say face wash and moisturizer are the most important and only ones needed honestly, also a good sunscreen is important I need to get one myself

To each their own, but I think tank tops look silly with pants on. Even though you were trying it on it still just throws me off seeing the pants.

I was told snail gel is good as a moisturizer so I hopped on that bandwagon. that mandarin collar shirt looked pretty cool but i am a small asian man and it probably would have made me look like a smaller asian man
I have eczema and very dry skin and I use Liz Earl products. They're expensive but they work really well for me. I also use oatmeal all the time; bathe in oatmeal, oatmeal face masks. My life is oatmeal
To each their own, but I think tank tops look silly with pants on. Even though you were trying it on it still just throws me off seeing the pants.
Yea i didn't bring any shorts since I'm at a conference but I generally only wear em with shorts
That tank looks good af, I'm excited to wear those soon. Anyone know of anyone who sells good scoop neck tees? I was excited for the DSTLD ones and now I realize I want a scoop neck even more.

So pissed atm. I got a J Crew gift card and I was hoping to use it on that Wallace and Barnes bomber I posted in the last thread and now its sold out in my size, probably until next year if they decide to bring it back.

Figured this would be the best place to ask, I'm looking for a jacket as a gift for my girlfriend. Specifically one as close to this as possible. [t]http://i.imgur.com/hp9i7y1.jpg[/t] I know it's a basic biker style jacket but I have not been able to find one with the elastic cuffs at all. If anyone has some suggestions that would be awesome. There's some ebay ones she likes too but I dunno
what's wrong with urban outfitters
If she really likes the UO jacket, you should get her that.
can someone suggest me a nice looking pair of running shoes for gym? i've got some old grey nike's that are pretty worn out and want a new pair of shoes.
can someone suggest me a nice looking pair of running shoes for gym? i've got some old grey nike's that are pretty worn out and want a new pair of shoes.
ultraboosts
Is "vegan leather" a hip way to say fake leather?
yes [editline]3rd April 2016[/editline] also i'd like to point out the UO one doesn't have elastic cuffs so make sure that's not a dealbreaker for her
She picked that one out, I personally was looking for one for her that has them but thats the one she likes so far. Vegan leather is hipster as shit and I don't like UO as a company but since I fucked up and this is now a belated birthday present it's probably the one I'm going to go with I don't particularly trust any of the ones on Ebay that she's picked out, the last one she got has completely fallen apart and was not real leather when it said it was At least with that one I/We know what we're getting into and she likes it
can someone suggest me a nice looking pair of running shoes for gym? i've got some old grey nike's that are pretty worn out and want a new pair of shoes.
get a pair of these bad boys [t]http://www.shoesandsox.com.au/user/images/2930.jpg?t=1312181409[/t] [editline]3rd April 2016[/editline] [sp]I do have a pair of these[/sp]
Is "vegan leather" a hip way to say fake leather?
I never thought about the consequences of veganism for leather. What a joke
could use some help considering colors so i'm working on some general outfits for spring/summer and for some reason the color portion isn't really clicking. right now i'm stuck with the same lower half of my body, black levi 511's w/ a pair of black (white soles) nikes. i have like 50 bucks to spend on shirts and i was thinking of buying a light blue uniqlo casual shirt to wear and a white v neck. for some reason no matter what colors i put together it just doesn't look right to me. i put together a photoshop template for color pallets and its still just like throwing me off for some reason. would this look right?
