Food production is a way bigger part of my local culture than skateboarding could or ever would be. I live in the middle of the Palouse and the entire city is surrounded by farms. University of Idaho is one of the best agribusiness colleges in the nation. If people in Moscow don't buy from local farmers it changes what the farmers decide to grow and what livestock they raise. Downtown Moscow has a really cool farmers market that is usually really busy during the fall, if people stopped buying from there one of the most distinguishing aspects of the city's culture would be gone. ollie involves almost no flick control. you just move your foot up and keep it there the pop is what matters, and your shoe has little to no effect on that
