Leo definitely owns RG'ers and IS. I worked support for him. Seemed kinda shady from the get go, incapable of basic html/css, wouldn't allow me to get much more involved than using a 3rd party live chat system for support. I'm pretty sure he lied to me about numerous things but if you have any questions you want cleared up, go ahead and ask. I was there from day 1. I fell for his bullshit. Hook, line, and sinker. EDIT: Also funny now that I remember this - he wanted to 'borrow' my FP account for advertising IS. Guess I dodged a bullet there, eh?

The only question I've been asking myself after all these years is how he manages it (using the term 'manages' loosely). Who is doing the actual heavy lifting. Is he just a pawn? He's managing this hosting service without a shred of relevant knowledge or experience. Either this type of service is easier than I anticipated, or he's just a middleman-client himself subleasing his service.

He already stated some negative aspects of Leo and his service. At this point however I take most statements with a grain of salt knowing that they were associated with him.

To clarify further darksoul69's post, as far as I know the 100gbps DDoS protection worked fine, anything other than that was dogshit and got DDoS'ed all the time. Also I made and own that Steam account. Just haven't really even thought about unfriending it I guess. For example he used Wix (or some other website builder) as his main site for IS. So to answer your question - probably the latter.

I've been trying to get an IP to a server with his "100gbps protection" for a while so I can actually look at what he's doing myself. However I've failed to find anyone using the service honestly.
