Titan A.E 7/10
I remeber wanting to see this really bad in theaters when I was a kid but I wasn't allowed too, for whatever reason.
Finally saw it and it was good. Would have been a 8/10 but the soundtrack is horrible. It ruins the mood everytime a punk song comes on when it's supposed to be a sci-fi epic. But than again it was made in 2000...
i agree, the animation is beautiful and everything but when they put on some dumbfuck rock song that sounds fucking awful it completely ruined the movie for me on my second and most recent watch
Einstein and Eddington :7.5/10.
It was nice. Maybe a bit odd having them played by Gollum and the Doctor respectively but still nice.
Once upon a time in the West: 8/10
Story was a bit weird, so was them just dubbing everyone's voices. Still, Bronson and cowboys make up for it.
Spirited Away : I rate it with all of my tears after watching it. Which could be represented by 9.7/10
Just saw 12 Monkeys for the first time, and wow.. it was pretty amazing.
Does anyone know of any similar movies I can watch? If I can't find anything I'll probably watch the movie again.

way too much
Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004)
Yep. A lot more Tarantino in this one. Great film. Where did the blood fountains from Vol 1 go though?
8.9/10
The Artist (2011)
Was a fantastic movie, great acting, the point was gotten across very well even though it was a silent black and white movie.
However, the director had 2 great resources at his disposal(going in and out of color based on what was happening, and going silent and having talking.
Did not innovate on the silent movie genre at all, and for this reason I give it a 6/10
Real Steel
I really loved this movie, the characters, well just the main ones, were amazing. The side characters/enemies were just flung in with a short intro, but the CGI was just amazing. I mean this film was great, I don't know about what others think though.
This is def going on the shelf next to Jurassic Park, recommending this film
7.5/10

That's painfully poor of you to say that. How about rating it based on experience rather than what innovations it makes for a genre that has pretty much been dead for decades.
hahahahaha
hahaha yeah man my opinion is so fucking hilarious.
I enjoyed the film, I liked it a lot. I guess my opinion is laughable now.
gee I thought I'd at least have someone respect my opinion, but find it laughable.

I find your opinion stupid
that's my opinion
I find your opinion stupid

So be a dick about it? Thats kind of you. Can't even voice an opinion here. I liked the film, so what? It's a movie that someone likes, if you find me liking it stupid, then you're just... maldita.
you sound like you've never been on this thread
you sound like you've never been on this thread
You're right I have not. I think that my opinion is what I believe in, and really saying someone's opinion is stupid is just stupid.
that's what people have been telling me here
you can't have opinions
[editline]12th February 2012[/editline]
at least that's what they told me, the last time I mentioned how much I like Star Wars EP 1-3/dislike Shaun of the dead
You're right I have not. I think that my opinion is what I believe in, and really saying someone's opinion is stupid is just stupid.
And other people think that its funny that you gave the movie such a high score.
Thats their opinion.
that's what people have been telling me here

Well they're wrong, opinions are part of reviews. When you review a film, you're giving a opinion which you apparently believe in. Having someone say your stupid for it is just plain retarded.
Anyway, no shitstorms please.
Which Star Trek film is good based on you guys opinions? HBO has most of them on Comcast's On Demand for free.

I really did like it, I can lower it to a 7.5 for the mediocre acting by the main enemies in the film.
Then tell me your opinion: Why did you enjoy the generic movie, with horrible acting and horrible characters that is Real Steel?
I don't doubt that you like it, I'm just saying that 9/10 means that its nearly perfect with only very small flaws.
Then tell me your opinion: Why did you enjoy the generic movie, with horrible acting and horrible characters that is as Real Steel?
Real Steel was enjoyable, the CGI was pretty great for a film. And the characters are likable. The acting wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best acting either. I enjoyed the film for what it is. I don't care if the majority of FP hates it, but I am part of the 78% of people who liked the film.

It's great for what it is though, the CGI is pretty damn good. I was expecting cheesy CGI. Only problem was the acting, it was a bit sloppy at times. And the opponents were just flung in, and their acting was pretty cheesy and corny. But other then that, I'll drop it to a 7.5.

Oh boy here we go again. You just read that post and said hm that must be his opinion. No, my opinion was my review.

ah, I didn't read. But if you included all your reasons, maybe nobody would be bothered.
Real Steel was enjoyable, the CGI was pretty great for a film.
if you watch a movie for the CGI then you might as well just mute it
And the characters are likable.
generic annoying kid
generic hot girl
generic main character
sorry but I honestly don't like anything that I've seen at least a thousand times in other movies. and please don't say you liked that kid
I enjoyed the film for what it is.
can't argue with that, as bad as it is, it's sort of enjoyable
I am part of the 78% of people who liked the film.
because, if a lot of people like it, it's totally good
yeah that's a terrible review.
yeah thanks for that kind message bro.
I'll just leave my reviews on Rotten Tomatoes from now on.

It's not illegal to like movies that are considered bad, within reason you'll be okay. But wow, you talk a load of jibberish.
People come in here and say things like:
"Rocky 8/10" or "Star Trek 9/10"
and no one complains. Don't act like it's his review that's annoyed you.

The kid was bleeding annoying. But the main guy was also bad too. I didn't mind the girl and the aunt and uncle.
can't argue with that, as bad as it is, it's sort of enjoyable
Same

No, I didn't say it like that. I just said I was part of the 78 percent, thats it.
