That is literally the most fucked up movie I have ever seen. It's brilliant. [editline]4th July 2012[/editline] It just annoys me to no end that amazing movies like Moonrise Kingdom barely make back their budget, yet lazy unoriginal pieces of shit like Ted break the bank.
What's cool about Moonrise Kingdom is that my best friend's brother is in it (the kid on the left) (still havent seen it yet though)

The Skin I Live In has been a movie I've had my eye on in a while. Just the cover makes me imagine a movie that isn't scary but really unnerving.
I don't think Rusty has even seen it.
do i need to see the cleveland show to know its a total abortion? do i need to see the next adam sandler film too before i can know how awful it is???
i think the ted bashing is because of the stigma that seth macfarlane carries with him. and the total copout axe campaign that might possibly be going on. i don't watch tv but i see those dumb little adds every time i start up my ps3. to be honest he's kind of an unoriginal cunt. his shows are only good if you're so fucked up or drunk you're stupid... or if you're just plain stupid. I guess i still have to see it to be objective though. it doesn't have the whole family thing that his last three things he made had. that's different. something tells me the movie relies on flashback humor, after all it is a childhood toy that comes to life, and childhood can be "funny".
do i need to see the cleveland show to know its a total abortion? do i need to see the next adam sandler film too before i can know how awful it is???
But what if Adam Sandler is in another film similar to Punch-Drunk Love???
But what if Adam Sandler is in another film similar to Punch-Drunk Love???
that's one movie out of his entire career. i don't see that happening again
that's one movie out of his entire career. i don't see that happening again
I kinda hope it will, for his own sake. It's funny because he could have been in Inglourious Basterds and instead decided to do Funny People instead.
lol theres no way thats true, tarantino would not have hired sandler
Apparently Tarantino approached him to play Sgt. Donny Donowitz, the "Bear Jew". At least according to the trivia on imdb and some other websites. But apparently it's schedule problems that stopped that from happening, so he just got Eli Roth instead to do it.
in this thread = nobody knows why other people enjoy movies [editline]4th July 2012[/editline]
lol theres no way thats true, tarantino would not have hired sandler
Nah, you can't predict something like that. [editline]4th July 2012[/editline]
It's almost in the top 250. :suicide:
Imdb top 250 is not A definitive list. Indiana Jones 4 was once on there = discussion over
so i just watched the skin i live in. god damn she's hot, i mean holy shit. brown eyes (that seem to like to change color once in a while...) and brown hair, pale, skinny. [sp]shame she's a dude[/sp] but really, it was a great movie. i'm not even going to rate this shit anymore. i'm just gonna recommend and i recommend this movie. it's a whole new spin on rape/rape-murder revenge story with a twist. [sp]falling in love with the rapist after giving them a sex change? i mean even I wouldn't have thought of some shit like that[/sp] [editline]4th July 2012[/editline]
Apparently Tarantino approached him to play Sgt.
bro you should have known that this was from the makers of Paranormal Activity, it was destined to be shit from the beginning.
Usually I do not give a shit who makes the film and I have never seen Paranormal activity :v:

Eli Roth should stop directing and stick to acting. fuck Adam Sandler would have ruined that movie.

why everyone so negative, I reckon Sandler could do well as the bear jew, he doesn't act like a retard in every movie he was in.
The Woman in Black 7/10
"Harry Potter walks around and nothing happens - the movie"
The Woman in Black in the theatre would be miles better. I don't even know how a movie version would work at all.
it makes no sense and the script is fuckin stupid as all hell and he never says anything either. and daniel radcliffe still looks about 15 and he has a kid in the movie its like wtf
I thought it was ok but there was a lot of shitty jump-scares which are like the lowest form of horror
yeah if you people ever go to London make sure you catch a showing of War Horse and Woman in Black. The movie versions definitely don't cut it alongside the awesomeness of real theatre.
Wrath of the Titans - 7/10, decent movie. Didn't seem like a long movie. Sherlock Holmes A game of shadows - 8/10, great movie. Hilarious moments and a good finisher.
During the cinema, I saw the advertisement for Cosmopolis. At the end I thought it was a Limousine simulator because everything took place in that car. Did anyone watch it so far, is it any good? The trailer was somewhat intriguing, but seemed a bit to dramatic for my taste.
Imdb top 250 is not A definitive list.
definitely not definitive (hue) but it gives a pretty good idea
Well Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter was a bloody good movie. Loved how they mixed history along with a great plot. I say, its a must watch. 7/10
Come on guys, i cant believe none of you watched The Stunt Man
Ted - 8/10... One of the funnier movies I've seen in a while. Sort of an adult oriented E.T.
