Tropic Thunder - 0/10... Literally might be the most retarded and unfunny movie that I've seen in years.
1/10 Chernobyl diaries, absolute shit.
Meeting Evil 8/10 Samuel jackson makes a great stone cold killa
The Warriors 10/10 While the acting wasn't anything amazing the way it was filmed is great and the fight scenes are pretty good too (far from realistic but they played out great) And that DJ issuing orders to the other gangs was just too good, can't stop thinking about how smooth it was [editline]6th February 2013[/editline] The entire movie was just smooth, I loved everything about the movie.
Argo 9/10 Awesome flick, deserves Best Picture. The King of Comedy 9/10 De Niro and Jerry Lewis are hilarious… Silver Linings Playbook 7/10 Great acting all around, O. Russell just has a knack for directing families or something. Shitty ass ending. [editline]7th February 2013[/editline]
Apocalypse Now What an amazing movie, absolutely stunning. [sp]That scene where Chief tries to impale Willard with the spear that went right through him left me speechless. [/sp]
I consider it to be one of the best films ever. Nothing short of amazing.
Chronicle - Awesome movie. I think it's one of the best uses of that "found footage" style simply because it's so consistent with using a camera at all times. I also like the open ending, but I'm not holding my breath for a sequel.
The Innkeepers - 8/10 A solid horror movie, haven't been this creeped out in a while.
Holy shit, do you not know what a Tarantino film consists of or something? It's usually 90% conversation with ridiculously intense scenes squeezed into it. Hell, it sounds like you barely followed the film as a whole. Is English not your first language? That would atleast be understandable.
Well, english is not my first language. Anyway I consider Tarrantinos movies some of the finest work of the movie industry. His characters and dialogues are so damn amazing, therefore Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction are one of my favorite movies of all the time. Furthermore Inglorious Basterds which had genius dialogues and very suspenseful situations, like when they are trapped in that cellar pub. Django had definitly some moments and great dialogues but as a whole, I found Django lacking in some of the things that make his movies so great. The whole package was not that satisfying to me, perhaps it's the focus on slavery that was less interesting to me. I am sorry to have a different opinion than everyone has.
You should be sorry. So very sorry, indeed. It's classic Tarantino.
I can't help it, I was blown away by all the other movies except for this one. A lot of people suggest to watch it again, perhaps that will make it better. I still rememeber after Inglorious Basterds, I was just so amazed but not by this movie.
Wreck-It Ralph 8/10 Loved the video game references and throwbacks to old arcade games. Very entertaining.

Junker says he wasn't blown away by Django and a good friend of mine said the same and he levelled the same crit at it that the dialog and suspense wasn't as tense or sharp. I personally felt it was a lighter Tarantino film despite the violence and just showed a slightly different style to some of his other films. Maybe this film needs a good year to see if it stands the time test. We could meet at the town hall with burning torches and go on a witch hunt, I say we burn them both at the stake for witchcraft.
What's wrong with Inglourious Basterds? It's honestly one of my favorite Tarantino films.
He didn't say he didn't like it, just that it's weird to dislike a film similar to another in style.
What's wrong with Inglourious Basterds? It's honestly one of my favorite Tarantino films.
I think Inglorious is his least good movie.
Wreck it Ralph Beyond perfect. Combined everything I love about anything and put it into one staggeringly amazing package. 11/10
saw The Graduate and Midnight Cowboy. Both awesome flicks, Dustin Hoffman was great in his younger days, really fine characters. Liked Midnight Cowboy more though, both actors really were fantastic here. Surprisingly raw and genuine, also pretty depressive. Real gem this one.
Howl's Moving Castle 7.5/10 I am not really a fan of animes but Myiazaki always manages to get me drawn into a movie. The art style is not to exagerated and does not feel like those stereotypical animes. The setting is quite amazing, I really like the victorian/steampunk universe. There was so much detail in the scenery and background, it always amazed me to find new hidden details in the background. The music is topnotch and fits really well with the theme. The dubbing was really good, especially Howl's voice. The plot itself was quite interesting and unpredictable, although it took some time for the plot to develop. It got pretty intense and dark during the end. The only thing that I disliked is that the crow turned out to be a lost prince of a country and that Sophie already saw Howl and Calcifer making a deal in the past, it was introduced to abruptly without further explanation or developement. All things considered, Myazaki always manages to create a unique and interesting universe with a lot of detail and crazy characters. It's quite an experience. Although I preferred Princess Mononoke over his other work.
I think Inglorious is his least good movie.
kill bills his worst
kill bills his worst
I thought it was great. Mostly because asian ultra violence. [editline]7th February 2013[/editline] Vol 1 that is, Vol 2 was pretty bad.
Vol. 2 was fantastic, you're high.

I can only assume you are doing this deliberately as a troll. Either you're a troll or stupid?
people don't like vol 2 because it has way less action than vol 1, which to a non-tarantino regular would be the better film. but to us tarantino regulars, who are used to long segments of dialogue followed by an action scene or two, know that vol 2 is the superior half at times. i love both so i don't give a shit.
Nine Queens (2000) Argentine film about a couple of swindlers trying to pull off a deal. This is one of those films where all the way through you are trying to work out who's fucking who over and I thought I had it worked out, how wrong I was, the only one who got fooled was me. Theres so many possible outcomes so odds are you won't guess. Ricardo Darín is great and is becoming a man to watch and the rest of the cast are more than sufficient. The IMDB rating might be slightly too high but over all this is time well spent if you enjoy films where you're encouraed to think how the story will turn out. I recommend this film, its entertaining but won't blow your brains out.
picking the worst tarantino film is like asking me which one of my beautiful children i despise the most I just can't
I actually haven't seen either of the kill bill movies since they were released. I'll re-watch them at some point.
I haven't enjoyed any of Tarantino's movies. All the ones I have seen are pretty meh. [editline]7th February 2013[/editline] (I'm not joking jewdozer).

Yeah, its a tough life.
Yeah, its a tough life.
Yeah, it's like living in a world where everyone but you enjoys 2001: A Space Yawnyssey.
