It was a really cool concept but I found the movie pretty boring. It tried to be scary but failed and it wasn't thought provoking at all.
Suspiria - 6.5/10 - Likes: Great visuals, creative deaths in spite of cheesy effects, great tension, and effectively creepy soundtrack. Dislikes: Anticlimactic, uninteresting story, and not very dynamic soundtrack.

I agree that most of the scares were cheap, but the story was original and very intrigueing.

Project X: 6/10, maybe less. Had its funny moments, but the theater being filled with immature, underage "jocks" of high school made it 10 times worse. Plus I didn't even finish the movie because there was a tornado about to hit. At least I got a free movie ticket out of it. What should I go see next?

I'm assuming you've never seen it.
- Paul was constantly trying to be the center of attention.
- He was bossing everyone around like he was the boss.
- He complained about the slightest little thing wrong.
He treated George the worst. George left after the rooftop concert because he was so mad at Paul. Of course, they got over everything and everyone was friends again before the untimely deaths of John and George, but still. The movie was basically Paul showing off his huge ego.

what a trip, the soundtrack, the characters and the atmosphere, it was all so weird and perfect. I loved how it didn't show everything that happened, some things stayed unexplained, and it all seemed very realistic, while also being very "poetic" (I don't think I'm explaining it very well) and fantastic
I never really liked johnny depp, guess it was because I had never seen this movie

Project X: 7/10 only because I was ripped with a huge group of friends so I think that made it more enjoyable then it really should of been. It was a pretty mediocre movie overall, a lot of parts could of definitely been done better.

Um, this was probably the stupidest movie I have ever seen but the girls were cute and I enjoyed the stylized effects.
Other than that... awful ear rape music, terrible acting, and it was extremely unfunny.

Scott Pilgrim was pretty bad, the only good part about it was Scott's roommate I think.
That whole movie felt like a hipsters wet dream.
It was a decent movie, with decent jokes. Not incredibly funny, but not incredibly cringe-worthy (most of the time) either. The music was good, even if you didn't like the style, it was really fitting.
IMO the only reason why the acting was bad is because they tried to make it like if it was the comic, which was also the main problem in the whole film. Some things should just stay in the comics, is what I said the last time I watched it.

Really fresh and interesting style, and the acting was great.
Also the violence was glorious.
Grindhouse ("Death Proof" / Planet Terror) Death Proof: 7.5/10 - Planet Terror 7.8/10
Fun movie(s) to watch. I really love the old grainy look to the movie, that's pretty much what makes it. I kinda like the Death Proof story better than Planet Terror, but I rated it lower because it didn't keep with the old grainy feel the whole time, unlike Planet Terror.
Some people think these movies and the acting are stupid, but that's pretty much the point, which is something that people overlook. Overall, it's a fun movie, and you have nothing to do for four hours, it's a pretty fun watch.
