The Grey
8/10
The movie kept me interested throughout the most of it. Great acting, great scenery and action.
[sp]The abrupt ending was disappointing at first, but the after credits made up for it big time[/sp]
the dark knight rises 10/10
heath ledger was amazing
Are you from the future. :o
If you didn't read the books what would you think?
That Anthony hopkins is fucking creepy.
Kill Bill and Kill Bill Vol.2 are on TV, and for some reason it keeps bleeping out whatever they call the bride/Uma Thurman, I don't understand why the fuck they'd do that unless it's actually in the movie and i'm just forgetting. There's no censor for words like fuck or cunt so it's bothering the shit out of me.
The censors are in in the actual movie.

You're not supposed to know her name. Ever.
The Graduate
Enjoyed it a lot. Had a weird charm to it and the soundtrack was great. Also I had no idea it was made in 1967, just assumed it was from the 80s or late 70s for some reason.
The Avengers - 9/10
I wasn't as interested in the story, but the action and the visuals were holyshit. It's also pretty funny in some parts, and it stayed true to the Avengers comics (allegedly)
i liked it
J. Edgar - 8/10
Really good movie, entertaining. Over-sensationalized the man a bit, but the acting was great and the atmosphere was quite authentic. It's amazing to think of having the kind of power that he did.
Bunraku
7.75/10
I liked the film. It was interesting to see an action film set in modern times, but using primarily hand-to-hand combat, with zero guns as firearms have been banned and it is strictly and well enforced. That never really comes up in the plot though.
I liked the fact that the two "strangers" end up in the same town, looking for two separate things (Revenge and a Medallion), that end up being found at the same location.
I liked the visual style of the film, it was very comic book like, and some parts reminded me of a school play. The trees that can be seen towards the end of the film seem to be made of the same paper that grocery store bags are made out of.
I found the middle of the film to drag out a bit and almost turned the movie off because it was going too slow, but it eventually picked up again, so I wish that it was a bit shorter.
Overall I enjoyed the film.

Oooh they brought him back from the dead?
Naked Blood - 8/10
Fucking hell, this is the most intense film I've ever seen. I've sat through A Serbian Film twice and Naked Blood still made me squeamish through pretty much all of the gore scenes. For anybody into that sort of thing, I would highly recommend it. I'm actually surprised I hadn't heard of it before a coworker told me a couple days ago. The plot isn't terribly well-written but for what the film is it doesn't have to be well-written.
And as a surprise bonus, there's [sp]virtual-reality hugging sex[/sp] with a cactus at the end.
Alien 10/10
First time watching it, in order to get me ready for Prometheus. It was very good, I had already known that Alien was a good movie but had never seen it for myself. The parts that I liked the most were when[sp]the alien first popped out of Kane's chest, I found it horrifying (in a good way of course) how the rest of the crew had no idea it was coming out of his chest and how they were frantically trying to get out what they thought was something lodged in his throat. The other part was when you find out Ash isn't human, but a robot, and then they turn his decapitated head back on, that was crazy. Oh yeah and at the end when the Alien was jettisoned from the ship, nuts.[/sp]
I heard/read the others weren't as good, but this was amazing, Ridley Scott is a fantastic director and I can't wait to see Prometheus.
Have you not seen those movies before except for on TV?
I've seen them before off of TV, must have forgot but as I mentioned I assumed it must have been in the movie as logically it wouldn't make sense.
While watching the first one my brother stopped watching before the fight with the crazy 88s, with the explanation of "i've seen it before" as if knowing the outcome makes the fight any less awesome to watch.
The Wild Bunch: 8/10
Is that "Ponyo on the cliff" movie watchable?
Fight Club 10/10
First time I've seen it and it blew my mind. It just keeps you guessing and never gives too much away, which is very effective. Also Brad Pitt's fucking brilliant in it.
Can anyone recommend a good horror/slasher/thriller movie?
21 Jump Street 8/10
funny
The Avengers 9/10
Quite simply, the best superhero movie released that I have had the pleasure of seeing. Definitely worth the extra money to buy the XD 3D ticket. The extra large screen was great, and the 3D, in my opinion, was not overdone. I believe that Joss did a great job on this, and I look forward to the sequel if he is involved with it.
Source Code - 7/10
Better than expected, but nothing phenomenal.
Can anyone recommend a good horror/slasher/thriller movie?
The Collector is a decent horror/suspense movie.
Psycho (1960) - 8/10.
Shame 8/10
The story is sort of depressing, but it remains an excellent work of cinema and acting.
Sunshine (2007) 9/10
I shed a tear at the end, the story was all-right, loved how they [sp]made Pinbacker "censored", so the viewer couldn't get an idea how he really looked like[/sp]

what?
Die Hard 9/10
Honestly it's the best action movie ever, I could watch it endless times because the plot isn't cliche and makes sense even if what Hans plan is a little retarded.
My cousin went to see it with his family. After it was over, they all got in line and saw it again.
That sounds pretty retarded to be honest. I can understand seeing it again after a couple of days, but two times in a row?
Going to see "The Avengers" and "The Hunger Games" this weekend. Hoping for the best. I've heard a lot of good things about both of them.
tbh I don't get why everyone kept praising the hunger games like it was the best thing ever, it's probably one of the most forgettable action movies I've ever seen
oh wait, it's not all that easy to forget
I'm always going to remember it as the worst camera work in a movie, ever
well, it's not just that, you know. I think that it just wasn't as good as most people made it out to be
Rango (2011): 2/10
The worst movie experience I've had in a long, long time.
