Because in his mind, as long as he moves, he'll magically drop weight even though he still eats like a fat pig and only goes for the easy route by walking and shit.

i have a pair of wooden gymnastics rings arriving in the mail on tuesday though

Yeah, I know a couple of people that left Quebec to go work in BC and Alberta and they're rolling in dough right now, it's insane. Though some of them don't have much of a life. One of them works at Fort Mcmurray or something and he pretty much works every waking hours he's there.

why did i bother with college
Whelp, all of sudden my degree feels completely worthless when maintenance and working an oil rig pay more in 2 hours than what my degree would pay for in a single day.
My father and I made two concrete plates/weights, 11.5kg each, saved me 60€/80$.
Now I have 88kg of weights. Good thing is I can reuse the mold I made, so the sky(read barbell) is the limit.
I tried that too but it didnt work. I ended up making 2 6kg plates that were the size of my 10kg ones.
