I think I've found a workaround for that issue Cuel, take a look at this -from Studera.nu-:
TOEFL:
All TOEFL tests must be sent straight from Educational Testing Service (ETS). The institution code of University Studies in Sweden is Sweden 9520. You must provide this code in order for your results to be reported to University Studies.
(...)
NB! TOEFL Examinee Score Records are not accepted.
So if my exam results are available _Way_ before they said they would, all I have to do is tell them to send my results straight to ETS for me and in the meantime, send me over all the papers :)
I hate the Swedish accent...I can speak the language but never with the accent :D
If you want to party and have lots of fun then come here to Finland, but if you're actually looking forward to visiting a truly European country, then go to Sweden. Their language is very similar to stuff like German and English so it isn't hard to learn. Although Finnish would be much more of a special language :)

I'd definitely give any european country a try, whenever possible! =)

If you mean culturally European, then Sweden is a much stronger option than Finland. Even though Swedish people are...well...not in my favourites, they're 100 times more social than Finnish people :P
Judging for what I usually see on TV coming from Finland, it looks amazing! You guys are all party animals, don't you? lol
You could dig a little deeper than the first page of google images!
Also are they really known to be hot in Sweden? Because most people can say that about any country...except Africa.
It's a myth, they don't look better than what they do in the rest of Europe, it's just that most are blondes (and for some reason most people find that blonde=hot, or so it seems).
And my classmates all agree, so I'm not the only one thinking this. It's just that, in presence of other nationalities (like we are right now), everybody (not only Swedes) get patriotic about something (be it guns, girls, culture, past history or anything else really) of their country.
White supremacy.

I have really nothing to brag about... oh hold on!
Born on June 24, 1911 near Balcarce, Argentina, Juan Manuel Fangio started out as a mechanic. But by age 23, he had driven in his first race in a converted Ford taxi that disintegrated during the event.
His early efforts as a driver were far from successful. But he worked persistently, supporting himself as a mechanic. Just before World War II, he moved into stock car racing in a Chevrolet and won the "Gran Premio International del Norte", a race from Buenos Aires to Peru and back - a distance of 6,000 miles. He and his Chevrolet became famous overnight.
Fangio was 36 and considered "over the hill" by many when he began his assault on Europe. In 1949, he won six times in 10 races and became a national hero in Argentina.
He was given an invitation to join the Alfa Romeo Grand Prix team in 1950 and finished second in the World's Championship that year. The following season, he won three times and finished second three more times to claim his first championship.
In 1954, Fangio, who had become as popular in his adopted Italy as Argentina, made a mid-season switch from Maserati, for which he had been driving since 1952, to Mercedes-Benz.. He had won twice for Maserati in 1954 and then four more times for Mercedes to win a second championship.
He became a sensation. He won four times for a third title in 1955 and he won three more times for Ferrari - Mercedes had quit the Grand Prix circuit - and claimed a fourth championship in 1956.
Back with Maserati in 1957 and at the age of 46, Fangio won a fourth title. Maserati's equipment was virtually obsolete at the time, but Fangio's skill as a driver made up the difference as he won four times. "With most drivers, you figure 25 percent driver, 75 percent car," said Phil Hill. "With the old man, you know it's 40 percent driver, 60 percent car, so he's already got us beat with that something extra that's inside him."
Fangio's skill was never better detailed than in the German Grand Prix of 1957. He drove his plodding Maserati against the sleek Ferraris on the treacherous Nurburgring. With the Maserati's weak rear suspension, Fangio opted not to take a full load of fuel. His strategy was to build up a huge lead on the Ferraris, which would run the race without refueling, pit and then retain the lead.
His pit stop was disastrous. He was 28 seconds behind when he pitted and 28 behind when finished. But he chopped off the distance lap after lap in a brilliant display of skill. He passed Mike Hawthorn on the final circuit and won by four seconds.
The short, stocky Fangio didn't look the part of a race driver, but with 24 Grands Prix wins and countless others, he is one of the finest who ever lived.
Fangio was the man :D
OTOH...

Fast forward to 2:08, there you may observe my C.A.D-teacher frolicking drunkenly on a cruise ship.
That is pretty cool man. Even though I do not want, or plan, to go to college, it would be awesome to go overseas to study. Especially Sweden, I've heard good things (albeit bad as well) about that place.
Oh crap look at these test dates (taken from ETS Website):
How do I get my scores?
Scores are posted online usually within 15 days after the test date, then mailed to the institutions you selected.
It means I may not be able to apply to the current semester, which is due Feb 1st, instead I'll have to wait until June to apply to the next semester... I'll have to check the ETS website daily for updates and hope they send my exam results to Sweden before Feb 1st, only _Then_ I can send by mail the rest of my documentation to the people at Studera.nu...
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF--
Damn, that sucks mate.
Damn, that sucks mate.
Yeah :/ ... even though there's a small chance I get the results and I apply to the current semester, I don't think I'll happen... I'm now thinking about applying to the next semester, but it's just too far away... I wanted to take advantage of the current one...
DAMMIT!! :'(
If there's a chance of doing it now, why not?
I'm going to register to take the exam on the 16th... I can only hope they have my results on time :/
Well, good luck then mate. It sounds like you'll need it.
I'm just going to give it a shot and see what happens at this point... If out-of-the-blue everything turns out ok, I get admitted and I travel overseas, you guys will be the first ones to know =)
