I know i'm knida late and i didn't read all of the posts (it's like OVER 9000!!) but here's some real advice:
1. At first be nice, get some cool friends, then earn some respect, if you don't want to get pushed around.
2. If you will study at a english speaking school, you will probably not be picked on over your canadian origins.
3. Sweden and Canada is probably not so different as people think, but the language might be a problem.
4. There is many racists in sweden, people who think that everything from other countries is BADZ. But as long as you stick to english and say your from Canada people will assume that you also hate Iraq and foreign things... (My dad is an immigrant, but people don't think about it because we are white, next to pale actually)
