well do you know where the universe is located? The muslim part of karlstad. Where will you get an apartement? That's right, In the muslim part. I'm not being racist here but it's just that's the place where most of the trouble is.
Yes you are. Rated 'Tool', it suits you well.
And there's no "muslim part" of the city, just one area where a significant number of foreigners live. Go blow off Jimmie Åkesson.
Well of course, Djursholm would be better, but I doubt he can spend a lot on the house/apartment.
My school is in Djursholm :smug:
Stay away from Norrköping. Chavs everywhere. I stay in my home 24/7 because of them, they scare me :saddowns:
Haha, indeed. I live in Norrköping myself and the city is crawling with so called "chavs". The chicks however... :)
Come to mörrum and I'll give you some buttsecks
weren't you like suicide capital 2007?
I'd rather live in the suicide capital than the murder capital.

If you expect to survive in Sweden, you better know how to play an instrument and have a good growl

Well I'd call that are the muslim part since it's like 70% muslim. And I'm just telling people that those apartements are low quality and that a lot of trouble is going on there, which is the truth.
(Well, actually it is a strong dialect. The very southern parts of Sweden called Skåne belonged to Denmark a few hundred years back. It can be compared to a strong Scottish accent.)
There's an ongoing inside joke that Skåne isn't a part of sweden and that it still belongs to denmark and that it needs to be dislodged from the rest of the country using shovels and pickaxes.
Oh! That explains the "skånksa isn't swedish" reply, I get it now :v:
Thanks, Kazumi!

I live in Blekinge, just next to skåne.
We have aliens here called Karlskroniter and those bastards are slowly taking over the world.
If it weren't for the fact that a large part of Swedens' agricultural production was in Skåne I'd be all for digging it away.

This. But since we sold Absolut Vodka to the french I don't care if denmark got skåne
Ok so I've just finished talking to a Swede embassy phone representative and she said in order to study in Sweden, I have to be accepted in any Swede university first. After that, I have to do all the paperwork myself (passport -I don't have one lol-, etc).
Kazumi mentioned these universities, depending on what I'd like to study:
the really good universities are:

KTH, Royal Institute of Technology

Chalmers in Gothenburg

Lund University

Uppsala University

I'd like to get an undergraduate degree in a computing-related discipline, which one/s should I check out first? :eng101:
BTW, where's OP? :S

I don't know what that is, could you explain further? You could also add Umeå University.
What the fuck? $20k isn't a little in Canada.
Probably only enough for half of a degree's worth of college.

In Sweden, hopefully :D
Which city are you going to? You should come here and we can be friends :3:
No college fees, the state PAYS you each month to study, Internet suffices for a lot of course literature, lots of Swedish girls, EVERYONE knows English, most things are cheap.
Karlstad (mid-Sweden) even guarantees apartments for all students moving into the city. What are you waiting for? :)
Oh yeah, Karlstad is very very close to where I live. You should all go there and then we party in your apartment and I crash there and then I overtake it and kick you out. But skip that last part.

Well, KTH is the largest university so I guess they got the widest array of different kinds of IT-related courses. I'm not too familiar with any of those universities. Mostly because I've been looking at a more smaller and local one and planning to apply for Video Game design next year.
