I'm loving your guns. I do think the top of the grip on the Intervention is a little thin. However, still looks great.
My only gripe is the 1911's pistol grip, it should be straight and not concave on the rear. The others look very good though, especially the SPAS.

Which is why I recommended AA.
AA+Pixel art = eugh Even if it's manual
How can you AA something that small? I'd hardly consider it possible even if he double the size.
This should be in Cortex Command. The quality is excellent
This should be in Cortex Command. The quality is excellent
That's funny, because my friend has considered coding weapons for Cortex Command. So it is a good possibility.
This should be in Cortex Command. The quality is excellent
I wouldn't say it's excellent, it's a good start however. Wheeze201 ; You should think on a few things ; What materials are involved? As you might now different materials reflect light in various ways. Where is the source of light? The butt of the spas 12 seems really weird, I can't really tell if it's part of the gun (molded together?) or what's going on. What shape am I going after? The Spas 12 looks kinda messy with your colouring, and where the butt is is a mess of colours. This is also something I noticed on the sniper-rifle, the main part of the gun looks good but the barrel and the scope is just gradient shading and gradient shading is bad, it gives it an unnatural shape and light doesn't work that way. Here, let me show you an example of a gun I drew about a month ago : (This gun is a mess of proportions, so disregard all that) Take a look at how I've shaded everything. Notice that there is no gradient shading, and you can make out how everything is shaped. Actually, I think this picture (drawn by the forum user Plutonia, one of the finest MS Paint artists around ; [img_thumb]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/2c2a00pyssyt.png[/img_thumb] Take a good look at how he shades his guns, I think you could learn a lot by trying to mimic what he's doing. But don't mimic, while Pepsi used a lot of harsh words and didn't really put his words to good use he still had a good point ; Learn how to draw regular stuff too, because it seems you're still not completely grasping how light works. [editline]25th November 2010[/editline] In fact, I think you should head over here ; http://www.facepunch.com/threads/905495-Pixel-Weapons-v2 And post what you got.
You have some good points. Thank you. But the resolution is a bit high for me. Doesn't really seem like pixel art. Seems like vector art without AA.
Maybe a bit more contrast but overall nice!
Have an artistic, wish I could do something like this, but ends up fucked for me.
You should do art for a flash game creator or something.
