Maintenance worker was fatally injured when the riding lawn mower he was using exploded.
What the fuck
Oh god, he got stuck in it :cawg:
Worker was operating a skid-steer cleaning out a dairy cattle barn near an outdoor manure slurry pit. The skid-steer and the worker fell off the end of the push-off platform into the manure slurry pit, trapping the worker in the vehicle. Worker died of suffocation due to inhalation of manure.
That's a pretty shitty situation.
Relevant, put in OP
I was expecting the funny one with bad acting. Those were actually pretty horrific.
Worker was engulfed in corn.
There has been a lot of corn deaths where I live. [editline]09:07PM[/editline]
Worker was retrieving golf balls and drowned.
Looks like his scuba gear... (Takes off glasses) Wasn't up to par. YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
SO. MUCH. CORN DEATHS. Seriously, that's a lot of death by corn.
Shit, is that all in Minnesota?
Shit, is that all in Minnesota?
I think people underestimate how hard it is to stand in corn/work on farms. Also, isn't this from that company on the Discovery Channel in that Ax Men show? "7/22/2010 Mike Pihl Logging Company Inc., Vernonia, OR 97064 Worker drove off an embankment while driving a loaded log truck." [editline]10:48PM[/editline]
I don't know which of those was funniest, that was awesome.
I would say the one where the mother reached back to beat her child, and while looking away from the road drove into the rear of a caddy loaded with explosives...
That's a pretty shitty situation.
Ew. Actually inhaling manure into his lungs? Fukken nasty.
"Hey Jim bet I can pole vault over power line?" "Go For it!" "Here I go- ZAAGAGZGZGAGAAAGGAGZZZZ" ".... Bob?.."
"Hey Jim bet I can pole vault over power line?" "Go For it!" "Here I go- ZAAGAGZGZGAGAAAGGAGZZZZ" ".... Bob?.."
hAHAHAHHAH shut up
7/3/2010 AT&T, Angleton, TX 71515 Worker was found unresponsive.
Died from boredom?
Balrog, reference to Tolkiens lore.
no shit, sherlock. thanks.
He did it wrong, he's supposed to vault over the power line.
oh what's this, just another training vid-OH GOD
Ahahahahahaha. That makes forklift trucks look so insane.
Its just not that guy's day.
All of these were funny, but the police one really doesn't fit in this... that just seems really sad.
Being engulfed in corn is a big problem because you can fall inside a grain bin whilst its filling and you will suffocate and die
This one's awesome as well. Super gory and an actual safety video.
Most of the screaming made me laugh for some reason AAAAAAAAAAugh AAAAAAH
That forklift one is incredible. Slapstick comedy at it's educational peak.
Worker was engulfed in corn. that must have been one hell of a job
Worker was using a forklift to move a small dumpster to a larger dumpster. He got off the lift to adjust the dumpster and did not lower the lift or turn it off. The lift moved forward and crushed him.
:bravo:
Worker was resting in a recliner in his trailer when he was struck by a drilling pipe stand that fell from a derrick.
o jeez
Looks like his scuba gear... (Takes off glasses) Wasn't up to par. YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!
Oh god lol that made my day
Shadow monster... Oh lord.
Worker was electrocuted when he plugged a floor fan into an outlet while standing in water. gj [editline]woops[/editline] Woops, a friend linked me here and I didn't realize it was from 2010. Sorry :v:
I think the thread is hilarious enough for bumping it to be forgivable tbh.
Pretty sure they don't follow OSHA guidelines in the mines of Moria though.
And that's why they released the Balrog. If they had just followed the guidelines, no fools had to run.
I love that 'Will you be here tomorrow video?' I like when it the gas tank shoots through the office window and smacks the guy in the face.
Digging too deep and too greedily, releasing a creature of shadow and flame.
Sounds like something out of Dwarf Fortress, not an OSHA pamphlet. :v:
