You have to be over 18/ co-sign with a parent.
Well lucky me.
I bought some oil stock as soon as the spill happened. I'm keeping it for the long run maybe.
Interesting, but don't have the sort of money to get a decent return in the long run. Maybe someone should sabotage a rig and tell fp when it's going to blow up so we can all buy stocks.
Whats with all these complex plans to make a profit? Why dont you guys just do what the real pros do and sell yourself for sex?
Let's bear in mind, BP are going to be sued up the arse, so stocks are gonna drop even further. I can see six dollars. If that happens I know where my saved inheretances are going.
Thanks, OP! This should come in handy in the future! :buddy:
It's recommended you don't put all your money and hope into BP. Yes the stocks are dropping like a rock, but it's never a safe bet to put all your eggs in one basket.
Not all your money, just invest in like 20 stocks or so. You won't get a shitload of money but you'll still come out on top.
If you bought $1,000 in stock, you'd come back out with $8,000 assuming BP returns to original value. That's really all there is to know here. Current rate of return could possibly be x8, but it'll take years.
It's recommended you don't put all your money and hope into BP. Yes the stocks are dropping like a rock, but it's never a safe bet to put all your eggs in one basket.
It's all about risk and reward. The risks are double fold with a method like this, but the profits can exceed your wildest dreams. Only schmucks invest in secure mutual funds, and they don't make any real money out of it.
I'm no stock broker, but I would think it would definitely be a smart move to invest any money you don't absolutely need into BP right now. Petroleum is big business, it's safe to bet they'll bounce back.
If you really want to make money, invest in this stuff: That's the stuff they're using to not only move the oil, but also clean all the animals off with. Just think of how much of the stuff they need, and it also makes Dawn the good guys so they are getting put in a positive light by everyone. Now THAT, is a stock you want to be investing in.
I'll wait a couple months for BP to bottom out, and then I'll legitimately consider some stock.
Well, Gnome, the real problem at hand is that your parents are tree-hugging communists.
Tree-hugging liberals. Oh wait. (itp hypocrite because i consider myself liberal :downs: )
Why wait until it hits bottom when you can short it now? Although you would be hard pressed to find a buyer at this point...
