But im no expert, I jsut dont think its good if you are 14 and do it.
It probably wouldn't cause any damage or anything but I'd definitely wait until you're out of school and like, don't have anxiety about your parents or friends finding out. And get some experience with weed or something first, maybe, if you don't already.
I'd say wait for a few years before trying it since you're 14, just to be safe. But I do recommend trying it at some point, it's definitely the funnest drug I've ever used and definitely most worth the money. Of course, as with all psychedelics, you should still exercise caution and prepare yourself physically and mentally for a trip. Keep at least one trip sitter with you, stay in a comfortable controlled environment (the trip will last anywhere from 6 - 12 hours for a moderate dose) and ensure that there's no nagging personal issues that could lead to a bad experience.

Do it when you have a good time, feel relaxed, with friends you trust and with a calm ambient. It's not safe with the age of 15 if your brain is still on development on that age, but i'm 14 and i'm gonna do it, lol
