Ok here's a legit request. A program that can mass-download videos from a list of links to viddler or youtube or blip.tv and the like.

And have like a summery, (in a week average distance, in a year) ok pretty useless.

How about a program that lists all your currently installed programs on your PC so you can just open that up and you can launch all the games from there AND you can access their main folders from it with a simple design so saaay, a 6th grader could work it... A program that gives you a notification on your computer when someone posts in your thread/in a thread you've posted in on FP, or any forum for that matter. So like the notification should come up like an msn one in the corner, if you get what I mean.

I don't know if it's a program or not, but if you can make Windows Media Player actually fuck off when I click the X button I'll be happy. I'm fed up of pressing the play button on my keyboard for Spotify, and having something I was listening to hours ago start playing aswell because WMP hasn't actually closed. Theres a minimise button for that, the X should always close unless it is an antivirus product.

I'm assuming your knowledge doesn't extend to firefox extensions, so I'm thinking of an extremely simple, lightweight RSS notifier. It'd sit in the system tray, pop up a little notification when a new blog posts something, and can show a little log of posts you haven't clicked yet. I know these things exist, they're just all so messy and overcomplicated.

I am working on my computer, single screen, dual is turned off. I have to go all the way into options to change it. It would be much easier to just have a program for it. I am on Windows 7 if that helps.

Like with duplicate file names except with the image contents itself. Upon detecting a duplicate it should let you pick which one to keep, keep both (while possibly renaming files to "same name 1", "same name 2", ...), and cancel (like keep both but defaults to keeping the names as they were). If you make that I'll finally be able to keep duplicate images from my porn. Also, make it so that the random wallpaper ability can export an intermediate image for those with multiple screens. The same wallpaper across 2+ screens is boring.
