You just figured that out, huh
no I'm just rubbing it in their faces how pathetic they are for wanting to rub their dicks into dead girls' faces
The government is here to protect its citizens from murders, rapists, and pychopaths.
... ... ...uhhhhhhh, I just covered this. The death penalty does not protect citizens, that's the problem.
This is why rap need to be banned, all of them are going to do something like this within their lifetime.
yeah man fight the power oh wait
Why are you even arguing, they will never get the point, this thread is the exact reason why 14 year olds should not run the world I have argued countless of times about the right to liv, and every time they have fought back with the typical "but he killed people he should die like a fucking animal" thing, and I would murder them every time they say that to prove the point then realize there is no point to it because there will be more who are just as ignorant
That would work in an anarchy. I have no pity for murderers and rapists. However, in a society that prides itself on a just and blindly objective system of law, to look upon a criminal and demand their death for an especially heinous crime in spite of their guaranteed rights to government appeal and the Justice System's lack of a right to murder its own citizens, that is injustice incarnate. It is a miscarriage of justice.

Don't lose hope, comrade
I'd say living in jail for your lifetime is more of a punishment.
While I agree, the issue isn't what would be more vindictive. The issue is what would be just and fair.
That would work in an anarchy. I have no pity for murderers and rapists.
Government mandated murder is not justice, it is vengeance. Everyone is entitled to proper and unlimited appeal, death sort of violates that.
Plus vengeance usually leads to more vengeance.
While I agree, the issue isn't what would be more vindictive. The issue is what would be just and fair.
Which is a hard decision, what is a life worth so we can make it fair.
Plus vengeance usually leads to more vengeance.
Well yes, and I'm not disagreeing with you, but people generally don't seek vengeance against the government, so it doesn't really apply here. Fun fact: Executioners traditionally cover their faces so that the family won't seek vengeance upon them.
Plus vengeance usually leads to more vengeance.
Actually no, related to the kind of vengenance I think you think of, I don't think half as many protestors would survive under a government that already kills people
Which is a hard decision, what is a life worth so we can make it fair.
No crime is worth a life. Life is infinitely more valuable than anything else.
.
This is why rap need to be banned, all of them are going to do something like this within their lifetime.
rap and hip-hop are taken to seriously or somethin its never altered my way of thinkin..
Well, night guys, it was an honor to serve with you. :patriot:
but people generally don't seek vengeance against the government
what
what
you again
This is why rap need to be banned, all of them are going to do something like this within their lifetime.
Well I agree because it's absolute shit, but with that attitude you could ban all violent video games. I do not like it when people think that way.
seriously guys out of all the issues you could debate you are quoting a troll
Don't let this idiot give rap a bad name. "Horrorcore" is the dumbest genre I've ever heard of. Just another white trash failure.
what
I'm saying that people who have their husband/parent/whatever executed for crimes don't usually go bomb a federal building. However, I guess they might act out in other ways, through general lawbreaking. And with that, I'm really going to sleep.
That's fucking terrible :[
Nuff said
And finally, the pictures of the two girls.
Mel was hotter.
Holy fucking shit. That's fucked up. Asylum time for mister bad guy. Shit like this shouldn't happen.
What's the point in keeping someone alive if they're just going to serve the rest of their pathetic horrible life in jail?
Why end there lives quickly when they can go through a slow and painful death in a 9 by 8 cell. (or w/e the dimensions are) [editline]01:38AM[/editline]
This is why rap need to be banned, all of them are going to do something like this within their lifetime.
I hate rap with a passion but it is not music that makes a person kill someone. It is there choice and that is what he chose.
People still use myspace?
Why end there lives quickly when they can go through a slow and painful death in a 9 by 8 cell. (or w/e the dimensions are)
Well I'm not talking this particular case. Sometimes the people convicted of crimes actually learn, and do something about it. I would not give this guy that chance.

I mean I have seen many "People died" threads but this one really got to me. Anyone feel the same way?
