I literally have no idea what's a good cost-quality scope, I've only ever had a super cheap China generic red dot.

Scope around $50 maybe? Do I need illumination? Scope rings? I'm entirely new in this regards.

it might be dirty or blocked up. I dont know how you would get in there to clean it, but fill valves arent that expensive, so it might just be easier to buy a replacement and swap it out.

One of my teammates is missing a chunk of tooth because he assumed a folded over shemagh would be enough to protect him well enough. he now wears a mesh mask. I've yet to be shot in the mouth, personally, but I've also now got a mesh mask, so hopefully it won't happen.

@Vodkavia Consider getting a new hammer along with that sear/disconnect; I had a problem with the sear/hammer in a WE G17 as well and I had to swap both of them out to fix it.

I want to get an SMG AEG of some sorts for my next main because I'm tired of lugging about heavy assault rifles (Yes I'm untrained and have shit cardio)

Now, I cannot decide which SMG to get and I want the most bang for the buck with a spending roof of 600 dollars, mags included (Remember that in swedenland, things are a bit more expensive)

What gun should I get that has good range, rate of fire and durable externals?

That is a damn shame, because with you price limit you could have it maxed out and probably in a metal body, and its gonna be far lighter than most any other SMG.

If that won't work, the UMP isn't terrible but it has really expensive magazines, the G&G MP5 is excellent once you work on its limited range, and JG P90's seem to be decent for their cost.
Alternatively, have you considered a small trishot or small assault rifle or are you set on SMG's?

I do have a small trishot and a small assault rifle. Problem is that they're not compact enough (ok the trishot is as compact as it gets but it lacks a stock).

I got to fondle a guy's KWA MP9 and oh my god it was so neat to hold and take aim with. It really made me fall in love with SMG's.

I could consider the MP5K if it would be possible to put a retractable stock on it because my biggest problem with it is the fact that it lacks a stock, and I heard somewhere that it isn't possible to put a stock on the Galaxy MP5K

The UMP's expensive mags do not bother me but when you say it "isn't terrible" it makes me think it's sub-par compared to other SMG's.

And P90's really aren't my cup of tea to be honest.
