I'm good at the dirty look. Never actually painted a gun for it to be a certain color.

Opinions on the WE G36? Someone is selling one stock with the RIS and 4 mags for $150.

Why rear filling?

I asked a similar question before. Basically they will have access to my mags, gear, tech work, batteries, charger, etc. I'm kinda leaning towards VFC because I love my HK416c and oh god that trigger guard on the SR16, as well as it being G&P USA knockoff shet
Got a question for you guys.
Im looking into getting some emerson gen 3 combat pants in atacs-fg..
Im interested in them because im sick of bruised knees, and cant stand my kneepads constantly sliding down.
Has anyone had experience with these pants, and if so, would you recommend them?
Considering i live in socal, would atacs-fg be effective enough to not stick out like a sore thumb?

no no no no no no
fake cryes are bad enough but in atacs-fg :suicide:
There are plenty of fine repro cryes, though I can't vouch for the emerson sets. Definitely avoid atacs-fg though. It may seem appealing at the moment, but it would like be a purchase you'd regret after realizing that atacs isnt actually used by any armed forces, and that its primarily used by the kind of people in bbwarz that you would want to avoid association with.

Personal opinion, though. You do you.
I actually like the way it looks, but definitely what Herf said.
By fake cryes I meant obviously fake cryes. The Emerson patterns, stretch material, pockets, and sizing aren't right, so if you wanted combat pants for combat pants then they'll do fine until the stretch material explodes.

Thanks for the heads up. I know you guys know what you're talking about. Ill avoid atacs.
Would AOR2 work well? Only reason i want to get combat pants are because of the integrated kneepads.
If i still had my job, i would be fine buying crye's, but seeing as my options are limited to wallet friendly gear, what would you guys recommend?

Fake AOR2 prints are really obvious. I'd go with their AOR1, since a digital tan pattern is more ambiguous, or if you really need some green, go with their multicam. I think the emerson multicam print is great, and i really like their fabric, but you do have to worry about the stretch material being lower quality. With the cost though, you'll likely get the $60 worth out of them before the stretch material becomes problematic.

I could work with AOR1. I have a desert marpat blouse made by Eagle industries.
Iirc, AOR1 doesn't look too different when compared with desert marpat, unlike AOR2 and woodland marpat.
Thanks a lot for the help herf, its much appreciated.

Help is why this thread exists! And yes, many people mix up Desert MARPAT and AOR1, and the mistake is much easier to make in the Emerson fabric. True AOR1 has a much whiter color with a definitive run from top to bottom, but the Emerson pattern has many more yellow and brown shades with a less definitive run to any direction. The AOR1 Emerson's should be entirely passable, and will do you well!
Regardless of camo pattern, who makes the best quality Crye replica?
I've heard great things about Allwin and Semapo Gear
Doesn't look like either make anything in RG so I'll probably have to save or get something else.

TMC makes RG cryes AFAIK, but I can't attest to the quality of TMC combat sets.
Probably not much better than Emerson. I've never been happy with China quality clothing.
TS > Semapo > FFI > Allwin > Emerson > TMC
I got my Emerson multicam Cryes for $40, so I'm not going to be complaining. They were brand new too.

Kath said they they dont run true to size.
If its true, do they run small, or large?
They're Asian sizing, and I'm Asian so it's fine for me. I'd say then run small, so if you're a medium, get a large.
Much appreciated, thanks.
I'm thinking about opening up my TM P90 gearbox. AFAIK its never been opened but considering the previous owner god knows what happened to it. I'm wondering if opening it up, shimming and regressing and airseal modding will ruin the ~TM magic fairy dust~. Also if anyone has some general tips and heads-up that would be useful.
