It didn't suit his playstyle, and the gun itself shot too hot. When he tried to install the NPAS kit, it became inconsistent, and he didn't like that either. In the end, he just left it and didn't use it, so he traded it for an RPK and a Tavor.
disappointed oh well, i'll just put the money towards a new motor for the bmw then :) i told myself i'd stop spending more money on airsoft anyway
i told myself i'd stop spending more money on airsoft anyway
omg wtf who says that gtfo scrubby
how long does it usually take for a gun from ehobbyasia to arrive w/ the ~~~highspeed~~~ shipping
Airsoft novice questions incoming... Are BBs that have seams, but no other deformations safe to use? Are there any BBs with seams that are safe to use at all? What is the bad thing about the seamed BBs?

Trust us :)
Read the megathread section on BBs
Is the Cybergun M1A1 thompson any good? I might pick a brand new one up for $80 from some kid, and I want to know if it will keep working.
Just make sure it isn't the plastic gearbox version
High quality BBs are like 0.5 cents/bb Cheaping out on already cheap ammo, come on man.
my .32s are $0.006 per BB
Is it common that the spring/piston doesn't stop at the end of the cylinder? It kind of bounces. How would i fix that if it is a problem? The gun works fine none the less.
i am stumped right here the mag that came with my 4.3 is on the left, and the two extra ones I have I bought from GI are on the right. The ones from GI dont shoot as many bbs on a gas fill. the original mag can go through about 80 shots and still lock back, but the two from GI go through barely 2 mags. any ideas?
Are they all TM, or are two of them WE/KJW/etc.?
they are all TM
My only guess then would be a problem with the fill valves or the router
they are both brand new [editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?cPath=60_62_665_668&products_id=2126
im going to say that theyre not tm. look at the the finish compared to your original mag, and the track for the bbs widens much lower down on the mag compared to the tm.
they look exactly like my KJW mags [editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] do they have a diamond shaped indent on the side?
Suggestions for optics with no magnification (or really good eye relief) for my M16A3? I wanted to go for an elcan C7 sort of thing but most 4x scopes have awful eye relief and I have huge goggles (because I've got glasses)
[editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] 15820 and 15821 [editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] the mags they sell on ehobby are the same as the ones in question here [editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] same with redwolf [editline]2nd May 2013[/editline] rip maybe the mags they sell and the mags that come in the gun are designed slightly differently
Try getting the gun chrono'd. I'm thinking the other two mags have hiflow valves.
To add to this, if I press my goggles right up against a scope or w/e my eye is a minimum of 2" to 2.5" away, so I'm thinking of getting something that isn't magnified
i refuse to believe your goggles are 2 inches thick
Yes because the lenses on goggles are touching your eyes and there's absolutely no space in between.
I'm pretty sure that's not what he was implying.
I agree, I interpreted that as meaning the lenses and am dumb. Meet in the middle though to say goggles are probably still an inch thick on average, but the distance from eye to optic shouldn't really be affected either way.
Is 40$ a ridiculous price for a WE High Capa mag? My pro shop sells them for this price, and I know I can get them for 25$ each on Evike or ASGI. (I'll more than likely just wait and order a few off the web when I can, I just wanted an opinion)
Lol "pro shop". Smaller local stores generally have to mark up cheaper things like mags and accessories to make reasonable profit. People are generally willing to shell out extra for accessories but if big ticket items like guns aren't competitively priced customers will be much more likely to look elsewhere.
i refuse to believe your goggles are 2 inches thick
I have really large profile goggles, have to wear them because of my glasses (whose frame sticks out a lot) From my eye to the very outside of the goggle it's about 2" [editline]3rd May 2013[/editline]
You're aware that you don't put your eye on to the scope, yes?
Obviously aware, just trying to explain that it's probably not possible for me to use the average 4x optic because of the goggles [editline]3rd May 2013[/editline]
I agree, I interpreted that as meaning the lenses and am dumb. Meet in the middle though to say goggles are probably still an inch thick on average, but the distance from eye to optic shouldn't really be affected either way.
Virtually every 4x optic I've read about has an eye relief of 1.5" (I was looking for an elcan c79/m145 sort of thing and they're all 4x) and I just can't get my eye close enough for that with the goggles I wear (unless I want to shell out way more money for lower profile goggles and contacts) Regardless, do you guys have any suggestions for non magnified optics or optics with at least 3-4" of eye relief?
Lol "pro shop".
That's what they call it, I figured it was a general term. :v: Also, what's quality of King Arms M4s like? http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_485&products_id=41901 I like this. Edit: Not enough to have to change the spring for it. And that cheek rest is ugleh and pointless for my intention of using this gun.
