So Modify is a pretty good parts manufacture right? Is this really a necessary upgrade? I don't think I've seen many trigger switch upgrade parts around. How would this compare to just a stock one?
They make good upgarde parts
Alright my friend who wants to get into airsoft needs a loadout idea. He has a tight budget and needs an idea for a decent kit. Something not 2014 migpool amerika. Maybe some weird foreign gear that isn't too expensive/can be bought used for cheap.
East German gear is almost always dirt cheap, an ALICE setup isn't a bad choice either.
East German gear is almost always dirt cheap, an ALICE setup isn't a bad choice either.
Going from a JPC to an ALICE, OMG I CANT EVEN. ALICE gear is way more manuverable and enjoyable to use then any plate carrier I have tried and a fraction of the cost too.
Don't even get me started on how much I love my 1st gen converse boots Also, can anybody help me source some east german stuff? new project [editline]4th May 2014[/editline] fuck right when im starting to become not poor, bills happen, plus graphics card is going to happen eeeeuuuugghgghghh

Best ACOG replica? Not looking to spend too much but I want the 4x magnification and illuminated crosshair preferably.
anyone know of some good airsoft fields in washington sate?
Alright I poise my last question before I buy. I'm torn between the Beretta ARX-160 Elite and the VFC Scar-l 2-tone Any input would be much appreciated!
Depends what you want to do MSW is the first thing I think of, they don't organize at a singular field, and it's pretty much impressionists only besides the speedsofters that sneak in
I just need a general all purpose rifle for private games (and public if I get to a field ever)
I just need a general all purpose rifle for private games (and public if I get to a field ever)
Kath was responding to TheRames (post above you) lol. One of those cases where quote boxes would be useful. Anyhow, I think the VFC SCAR would be the better performing gun/value since the Beretta ARX is relatively new and I'm sure there are some problems that they will fix in later models/releases if you really like the gun (personally I don't like the aesthetics but to each their own) you can get it then.
Oh oops. Sorry, tend to have selective reading some times. Thanks for the input though
I have the arx 160 sportline and while it isn't shitty, it actually has some pretty neat features, I think the you'd probably be better off with the scar. Since the arx is new, there are no after market options for the proprietary parts is does have, like the hopup. Also it will most likely be externally nicer

Can anyone confirm if this will actually work on a G&P and a VFC? http://www.evike.com/products/46913/ If so, what all do I need to install it, I have a job now and I would love to finally get my airsoft hobby back up and running.
Well, it says in the description that it fits on G&P, so I think you're good to go there.
Well the description on the daniel defense rails I bought said that too, and then they didn't work.
Really? Typical Evike.
Well it's cause they do technically fit, but with a barrel nut that is no longer being manufactured.
Best ACOG replica? Not looking to spend too much but I want the 4x magnification and illuminated crosshair preferably.
I've got an ACOG 4x32 from G&P, that I bought from ebay. Bin using it for around 2 months now. It does it's job pretty well. This model: http://www.evike.com/products/29737/
You can actually manually rethread your receiver with the barrel nut you received. I did that with my G&P to use an offspec delta ring. Liberally apply grease to the threads, tighten the nut down as much as you can with the assistance of a wrench/vice grips, back it off until it spins freely, and tighten it down again. Repeat that process for what feels like forever, and your G&P will eventually have standard AEG threads. I just sat down and did it while watching some netflix.
Modding question here, What would be the recommended order of mods to get for your AEG? Ranging from essential to not necessary? In this case the AEG is a G&G Combat Machine M4, Also good long type motor brands?

Its a G&G so it already has the best bucking in it. Motor is the next easiest to upgrade. Lonex Titan A2's and JG Blue motors are the most highly recommended.

An entire metal hopup unit. Its probably not quite as necessary to do that, because the G&G hopup is pretty well made. Metal can just increase consistency. Also look in to the flat hop modification. Its a DIY mod, and all it requires is a pencil and an xacto knife, and that can extend your effective range considerably.

What's the general opinion of the LBX stuff? Not really looking to buy any of it (aside from maybe a combat shirt because they make gray ones), more just curious about how good it can be for how cheap it is. [editline]7th May 2014[/editline] Their Glacier Gray assaulter shirt looks like a much better option than paying for another PCU and cutting it into a combat shirt, seeing as it only costs $70 and is only a minor difference in color. [editline]7th May 2014[/editline] Also, if any of you use BaoFeng radios, do they fit in STANAG shingles?
